I made an appointment and the technician was on time and extremely professional and friendly. The salon was very clean. My manicure /pedicure was wonderful and has lasted for weeks. I will certainly be returning to this establishment in the future.

I called and booked an appointment with Angel. I arrived 5 minutes early only to be told she left and would be back later. I DIDN'T GET THE PEDICURE SHE HAD SOLICITED FROM ME. I won't be going back after waiting 25 minutes.

My sister and I went here to get a gel manicure while we were on vacation. We had to wait forever and the lady that did our nails did a fast and sloppy job. On top of that, both of our nails chipped the next day and mine started to rip. I called to try and get a refund and the lady was extremely rude about it and said that she cannot offer a refund and that we would have to travel back to get them fixed. Ridiculous. Do not get your nails done here!

I asked for a gel manicure and just a pedicure with no polish. I picked the color gel I wanted for my nails and the lady continued to do a French tip manicure. I told her halfway through I wanted the gel color on my nails and she said “yes you told me”. However, all she did was French tipped nails. As for my pedicure I just wanted my toe nails cut and my feet taken care of and they proceeded to put the color I wanted on my nails on my toes. Now my fingers look like umpa loopa fingers and my toes cost me more money they I wanted to spend. It’s sad because I used to love this place but the last few times I’ve been I haven’t gotten what I wanted/ asked for.

Not sure who the guy was that did my manicure but it looks horrible. Not only that my cuticles are still burning from where he kept pulling my skin and cutting me. He cut all of my real nails off just to remove my dip powder. I will not be coming back here. It was a dreadful experience. Need better workers who take pride in their work.

I specifically told the tech do not clip on the sides of my toe nails in the direction of the cuticle. Every time it is done I fight ingrown nails for a month to correct. They ignored my request. It took 2 months to recover. Never going again.

They were terrible, I didn't get my design I asked for. When the tech finished he left all the trash in the bowl and went outside to eat his lunch. I had polish all on the side of my toes. I will never ever go there again or recommend it to anyone. My gel was dull. Very disappointed
