I was so excited to discover 5 Star Medical opened in Atascadero! I’m a local lash tech and recently one of my clients was sharing she had visited 5 Star for a service. After asking her 100 questions about her experience, which she said was “fabulous” I booked an appointment with the same injector she had seen, Jacqueline.
I cannot say enough good things about the entire process! The consult with the Dr was a breeze and I immediately felt comfortable with her. My injector, Jacqueline was kind, attentive and her injections were gentle with minimal discomfort (she has tricks!)
I HIGHLY recommend 5 Star Medical and will be returning for the same service as well as exploring laser hair removal and lip filler!

Dr B is amazing. This was my first time ever getting Botox. She throughly goes over every step, and provides you with information about why things are done a certain way. She also ensured I was comfortable with the process. Dr B has a wonderful disposition and could fully keep up with my dry sarcasm, which is always a plus for me. The entire experience was perfect. So glad to have been introduced to this location. Would highly recommend and look forward to going back for my follow up. Thank you!

First the quick review for people in a hurry, GET YOUR TREATMENTS HERE!!! Dr. B made my consultation process a breeze. She was very kind and so easy to chat with! The spa is beautiful and clean and so comfortable. The nurse who provided my treatments, Jacqueline, was so sweet, knowledgeable, and made me at ease. I have had similar treatments in several locations and this was by far superior!! What a great new option for North County!

Now, for the long version, because I cannot say enough great things about this new Atascadero business!! The atmosphere is both aesthetically pleasing and pleasing to the senses. It smells amazing inside while not being overpowering! From the chairs in the waiting room to the toilet in the restroom, everything was chosen for this office with a purpose. To make the client comfortable and well taken care of.

I had a laser hair removal treatment performed and Jacqueline was thorough in her process and never made me feel rushed. I have had treatments before where areas were missed, the procedures performed at 5 Star to ensure that the entire treatment area was covered were effective and superior to any I had experienced before.

Their prices are amazing, especially considering the care you receive. I look forward to doing any future laser here, booking a hydrafacial, and trying some of their other offerings!

This place is great! I have had two laser treatments so far with Jacqueline. She is so kind, sweet and efficient, all of which I very much appreciate and I would recommend her to anyone!. The equipment and service is excellent, and the office smells great 🙂 highly recommend!
