They cut my finger pretty badly. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized it was in two spots and the gel manicure wasn’t applied correctly because of all the bleeding. I’m pretty dissatisfied and worried about infection. I just can’t recommend after this.

He was rushing to through it and gave me the manicure in the pedicure chair. I will never be back.

I hate to write this review because I’ve supported this business for I’d say a year and a half after switching from another nail salon in town.
I got a new full set/pedicure on 10/20/24
On the date of 10/29/24 I had a nail basically completely off and every other nail was lifting. Disappointed because my nails usually last longer I came in and asked for a fill willing to pay for it. No issues although nails shouldn’t need a fill before the 14 day mark…
I come in, the gentlemen starts working on my nails he even says “who did your nails before” somewhat implying they were done not well.. I told him, I got these done here brand new less than a week and half ago, he said “well I will take them all off and put new ones on without charge”. I agreed thinking I’d be charged for a fill. In all honesty a good nail salon would’ve fixed the issue for a low price wanting to keep me happy as a customer knowing I was there so recently. Maybe he said he’d do something else free of charge but when I went to pay I was charged 60$. I have photos with time stamps to prove this story, I took a picture of my nails the day I got them done 9 days ago and today. I should’ve taken photos of the shape of them today before I came in but I trusted the process (my bad).
I will say, the shape looks great. Today I have a small cut as well you can see on my middle finger near my cuticle which I understand happens but with this whole situation, I’m just very unhappy. It was embarrassing because I had to transfer money around while he stood there not expecting to be charged over 50 dollars for a what I assumed was the price of a fill since the work was done badly in the first place. Too bad. Lost mine and my mother’s business to gain an extra 20 bucks for the business. If you’d like me to take my review down reach out please.

NOT WORTH IT!!!!The lady I had was nice but when it came to her doing my nails, I did have a little bit of concerns but I also didn’t want to be rude and then have my nails turn out more horrible. Sad I feel already my nails feel like they wanna come off? They feel like they were the glue on nails that you would buy at the store. When I went here, she told me my hands. My finger was crooked, And then charge them extra, especially for the shape and Length they told me to specifically choose a color I wasn’t able to do my normal opal color, which is like Natural color and it looks like as if I would I were painting it again I was charged they told was very very sweet. He got me this Christmas gift and the lady told him it would be $40 and my husband gave me 10 extra bucks in case it cost a little bit extra and the lady charged me 20 extra bucks so that’s wrong that’s what my husband was upset with that. If you’re going in for a gift card, you need to tell them the specific price and break it down so I will no longer going back here. I will be going back to my person who I normally go to, but it was a very sweet gesture for my husband.by the way 48 hours later 3 nails come off less than 48 hours from when I got them done not worth 60!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. I went here as a walk in for a full set and a pedicure. They were able to get me right in with no wait. John provided me with excellent service, made suggestions as I didn't know what I wanted. He did an excellent job and he was very friendly. It was a great experience.

Hands down the best salon here in Prescott Valley! Clean, comfortable, reasonable prices, fast and efficient when need be! Rose is amazing, she’s quick but does take her time to make sure it’s what I want and need! Thanks lady for great service everyone book an appointment!

i had an appointment at 6pm w a friend who goes here all the time and really likes julie’s work. i trusted her because her nails always look great & i am a bit picky when it comes to the shape of my nails. julie had accepted a walk in, we ended up starting at 6:30pm & got out at 7:40pm. while my friends nails turned out great, mine did not. i specifically asked julie if she could do the shape i requested and she agreed she could, though my nails are not close to the shape i asked for. i am upset as the acrylic application is extremely uneven and the paint job is poor on almost every nail. i paid before my nails were done because it was quite close to their closing time. though julie and i agreed my thumb nail is naturally crooked, but there was no shaping done to make my nail appear like it is not crooked. i am really unhappy w my nails & i don’t believe the time or $70 i spent here was worth it. julie was quite nice, but i feel like my nails were rushed and it was already past closing time on a friday, so i felt uncomfortable asking for them to be fixed.

Would give them a negative 100., been here many times and tip above average. Today was my last time I will ever be back. The ladies were insulting my 4 year old and even commented on her teeth(she has a chipped tooth). What kind of person do you have to be to hurt a 4 year old? I left in tears. The lady doing my pedicure kept hurting me with the drill and then burnt me with hot rags to the point my leg was visibly red. Please go somewhere else if you can.

I'm not a person that gets my nails done, like ever, but I went in to this place for the first time today and had a great experience with Mike! I told him I was getting married in a couple days and let him do his thing to my nails. Very happy with the results!
