Yesterday, I went in for an underarm wax. I saw a customer walk out, and I was told to go into the room. I waited, and the technician insited I lay down. I asked, "Can you please change the paper on the pillow?" You can clearly see the indention from the previous customer. The towel was never changed either she just straightened it out. As the process started, the wax was TOO hot, and I jumped. She burned my underarm, and it was painful. She apologized and put some neosporene. My right underarm was that she had a difficult time as the bed was pushed against the wall, so she was not able to access it in a comfortable position. The wax rolled off to the side of my underarm, and it was messy. Ladies, please be careful!! This morning, I have a bad burnt ring. Im nursing it with alovera. The reviews are posted for a reason. I should have read the reviews prior to walking in.

I can never understand the 2.9 rating, I love my nail girls here. I never leave unhappy, I give them wild nail pics to follow and they always do an awesome job. Some people wait til they get home to complain, tell them straight up on the spot and they'll correct it. I've never had a problem.

I found this place months ago and I loveee it I was looking around for a while to so I was amazed at the good service there ! I personally go to Tran all the time she is the best ❤️ So friendly with my kids and patient I will always come here simply because of her & her pedicures ☺️

I paid for a mani/pedi service that included a 5 min massage. The technician Tammy only rubbed, not massaged, my feet for less than a minute each. She didn’t even use a timer! When I asked her about the lack in time of my massage, she told me that each additional minute is $1.00, as if she fulfilled the 5 minute massage. I the felt like she was testing my intelligence. She then offered to give me a better massage next time. To top it all off, there’s. $2.00 charge for using your debit card! This is not posted anywhere in the salon. When I asked her why is it not posted, she acted like she didn’t understand and never responded. This type of customer service will be the demise of the salon.

I came here to refuel my gel nails but I didn't really like the result. There were bubbles on nail polish and it doesn't look professionally done. Just see the pictures.

First and last time. No good I got the 47 dollar pedicure. She never. Cleaned under the nails I have callus on side of my big toe. Since it wasnt scrubbed. she put wrong color on and never messaged my feet :(. I'm not sure how to reply. I was in the shop today with my daughter. This is not a hate matter.

HORRIBLE nail application by the owner/manager, she cut me like 5 times and didn’t even acknowledge her wrongdoing . My nails look horrible and I can’t afford to go have them redone: : ( Ive been treating my wounds with antibiotic ointment since my nail services.OUCH!!! Owner is super aggressive, rude and obviously money hungry..she can care less about customer satisfaction and quality of work. I didn’t get the name of the woman who did my pedicure…but she did a good job and was pleasant. I’m surprised State Board hasn’t closed her shop down because I doubt half of the nail techs are even licensed. Anyway, I won’t be back and I plan to spread the word about how bad this place is!!!!!!
