Took my daughters here today. One technician was nice and professional. However, the other was not. Helen was rude and disrespectful. The moment we went in she was tossing things around told my 9 year old daughter to sit. She proceeded to do the mani and pedi and changed the color my daughter selected for the pedi. Then because she coughed, this technician walked away grabbed a mask then put it on my daughter’s face without permission or even asking if that was ok! I asked why she did that and she said she’s coughing. Not only did she put the wrong nail color she was rushing her and kept tossing my daughter’s hands like rag doll. Poor quality job, unprofessional, and no mannerism. Uneven filing and lumps of nail polish. I spoke to the manager but she didn’t seem to care. I will NOT be returning here.

Been here a few times… the nail polish on the toes never lasts more than 3 days, it either Chips or is bubbles up after a day.. I’m thinking the nail polishes are cheap, when I use Orly or bring my own, they lasts a little longer. The ups, the ladies are friendly and the place is clean. I always just get a pedi because I’m not really allowed to have nails at work. The downs, everyone gets an appointment so the weekends are pretty busy for walk-ins … but that’s good for business, we don’t need another local spot to close in Castaic. Sometimes they get new ladies, and for those that have had a bad experience, I did too… they use the new ladies for walk-ins which makes sense. Anyways overall it’s a good nail place. I haven’t done the dip here myself but I see A lot of ladies getting really neat colors mc designs and artwork on their nails.

Allure salon in Castaic has the most amazing prices, people, services, and quality of any nail salon. I’ve been to (in SCV and even the bay area)! I always get my acrylic and full sets with patty and she can make any of your Pinterest nail inspiration dreams come true. I got these cute cherry blossom/aura/airbrush look for my upcoming trip to Japan and patty absolutely killed it!!!

I saw allure and usually never go to any other nail salons than my usual. I gave them a try and will definitely be coming back! My friend and I had a great experience. The ladies were all very welcoming, we got exactly what we asked for, very clean environment. I had them done over two weeks ago and still look great! This may be my new spot! Thank you allure salon! Definitely recommend!

The nail tech did not get close enough to the cuticles nor did she remove/push back the cuticles, the drill tool she used to buff my nail somehow managed to cut me on the cuticle on my ring finger. The tools were not sanitized and looked like they had been used on someone else so I wasn’t too happy about that and since the nails weren’t close to the cuticle, I’ll have to go in for a fill somewhere else sooner than necessary. Pictures attached are my nails on day 3. The design was not exactly like the picture I showed her but it turned out fine. Other than the nail-to-cuticle issue, the nails turned out okay.

They did not charge us the posted prices. They said those prices are too many years old. They charged $11 over the price. We asked for nails shorter and no gel. They did it anyway and would not stop. She said all services are $10 more but did not tell us until almost done with nails and we didn’t want gel because we wanted to be able to polish swap. I would not recommend it. Then still charged my account more. I am attaching the prices they post. There is no sign saying they are not valid. Also last time we went they charged less which was less than a month ago. Also do not wipe and sanitize between clients.
