Was able to get an appointment easily, didn't have to wait once I arrived, salon is beautiful, and Olga was such an attentive sweetheart. I did partial highlight, my hair is pretty dark and I was looking for lightening around my face. She did such a beautiful job with the color and blow out! So happy I met her and how great it turned out.

This is the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I came in and asked to cut one inch off and we agreed to do some long layers. At one point I told her to stop cutting but she asked me to trust her, this is the result. I didn’t notice at first because of how it was styled, but when I got home and styled it how I normally do I realized how poor the haircut was done. Not only is it choppy and uneven but the left side of my hair is about an inch and a half longer than the right side. The front was cut almost to my cheekbone. They are not giving me a refund and although they did offer to fix it, I feel too uncomfortable to have them touch my hair again. This is not just not listening to your client, this is clearly a poor haircut that is going to take me 3-4 years to recover.
