Disappointed. Came in at my appointment (9am) and my hair stylist was late. I came in for a touch up on my blonde hair and ended up with gray hair and highlights that were not well done and uneven. Ended up leaving the hair salon at 4:45pm with brown/red hair. Hair looks completely unhealthy, uneven and dry. I had hoped going with a darker color would hide all errors… Still ended up being charged $185 after almost 8 hours of being there and after having a horrible hair experience that ended up with me having a completely different hair color and damaged hair.

I had an amazing experience at this salon for my first visit! Although I didn’t schedule an appointment in time through Tonya’s pre-booking system, she went above and beyond to accommodate me. When I called to ask about openings, she didn’t have any available at the time, but kindly assured me she would contact me if there were any cancellations. Later that day, she followed through and notified me of an evening opening, which I gladly accepted. I truly appreciated her efforts to fit me into her schedule.

Walking into the salon, I was immediately impressed. The front desk receptionist and other stylists greeted me warmly, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The salon itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which only added to the positive first impression.

Tonya greeted me promptly and was incredibly friendly throughout the appointment. We had great conversation, and she made me feel comfortable and at ease. My appointment was for a dry haircut, and I came with just one inspiration photo. Tonya listened carefully to my needs and executed the cut beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with the result!

I’ll definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you, Tonya, and the entire salon team for a wonderful experience!

Ayanna did such a great job. I’m a first time mom with an 18 month old and I don’t have much time to do anything with my hair. It’s really long and thick and most of the time it just ends up in a clip. A friend of mine sent me some pictures of a new hairstyle. She got some really pretty layers. I wanted to try some new. I called the salon and Ayanna picked up the phone. She was very friendly and professional. She told me they were pretty booked up today, but said that she could probably fit me in. She made an appointment for me that worked out for both of us on the same day. She cut my hair and asked questions throughout the whole process to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. She even styled my hair so we could both see what it looked like. Lol, she did such a great job, I will definitely be coming back to see her again soon. She’s also just a genuinely nice person. Those are hard to find these days. Highly recommend this place and this stylist.

Erica did SUCH a good job! I had a wild hair today to go get my hair cut. It had been flat and no shape for almost a year and I just didn't know how to style it. I showed Erica a few inspiration pics and she ran with it and did an amazing job! She razor cut my hair which was new for me, but it gave so much texture and movement to my hair! The first Pic is right out of the salon freshly blow dried so it's a little frizzier than I'm used to but I was still happy. When I got home and showered and played with it a little bit, I fell in absolute LOVE! (Second pic). I didn't even take pics of the sides or back, but yall. I'll definitely be going back.

I don’t normally leave reviews. But I’m crying over this. I’ve been to this salon a few times and I’ve had good experiences. I don’t get my hair cut often and so I’m not the greatest client. I needed a hair cut desperately and I booked an appointment at 10:30. I get to the salon at 10:20 and there were people there. Which is no biggie. And then they said someone would be right with me. Which I assumed would be the stylist. Awesome. I didn’t expect like 10:30 be seen right on the dot. But time kept passing by. I sat in the chair at the front. And time kept passing by. I didn’t get acknowledged or a confirmation of my appointment time. At like 11:10 one of the stylists said I’d be right with you again. But I’m already upset. I’m not one to get too upset and I try my damndest to be understanding. But being ignored for almost 45 minutes and not have my appointment time kept, I just couldn’t do it. And I wanted to leave. So I left. In tears because I just wanted a hair cut. No hair color or highlights. Just a cut. The stylist said they had me down at 11:45. Which is fine if they let me know ahead of time. I just left and I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back. And I feel stupid for crying over a hair cut but I just wish someone said something. Like they were running behind or they had to push my appointment time back. Just something.

Tonya reached out to me and offered to fix my hair. Everyone was very sweet and I definitely look more presentable now. Even though it is not the haircut I originally wanted it looks cute.

I had the worst haircut of my life today and it is going to cost a fortune to fix. I asked for layers and told the stylist I liked my length. She cut 3-4 inches off and gave me choppy layers. The worst part is it is not even. One side of the face framing is an inch longer than the other. It looks like I have two haircuts one on top and one on bottom. I'll post pictures so everyone can see.
The stylist was very nice and friendly so I will not post her name and maybe she tried her best.
