Compared to the shops I have been to this place is below the standard I have. If you want a cut to have the ladies look back and say damn then this place is not gonna give you that lol. But if you just need a cut and don’t care how your hair looks then this is the place. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but I don’t want to lie. All the five stars you see are men that have no finesse and are giving the 5 star just because.

Cecilia has been doing my cuts for, gosh, 15 years now. She is careful, has a good sense of style, and makes even my difficult (and increasingly thin, darn it) hair look and feel wonderful. Conversation is easy. There is rarely a wait. I usually call about an hour before showing up and that almost always works out.

This was legitimately the worst haircut I've gotten in my life. I've gotten better haircuts from my friends. I never saw myself as the kind to post a review but this haircut was so bad I had to write something.

I don't think my barber had any idea how to cut hair besides one style for one type of hair. I have wavy/curly hair and she was completely lost. I asked her to take off only a cm on the top; I was pretty explicit. Then she proceeds to cut it down to one cm long. I tried to stop her but she insisted that this was better. She had no idea how to use her tools on the sides and left wavy tufts everywhere. I complained about them but she said they were there to cover the skin. What? Sheer incompetence. I've never had this problem before in my life.

On top of that $21 plus tip. What a rip off. I won't speak for every stylist there but the one I got should seriously get removed.
