This was my very first paid massage, ever. It was a good experience. Sherry did a great job. She knew my neck and shoulders were very tight. Only complaint is that there was no one else.tl answer the phone and door, and my massage was interrupted a few times.

Poor massage quality. 90 minutes massage was too light and incomplete. Did not massage the lower legs... Also, too light as in no pressure. No depth applied.
Poor massage customer experience. You'd want to come out relaxed. Yet, you come out with heavy TIP acupressure. Left $11 cash for tip. No gratitude. Lady was upset.
Sorry, was not born yesterday. Had plenty much better massages to compare with.

I made a appointment for me and my wife at 12:30 pm for 2 pm. Was never asked my name nor how long of a massage. We get there at 2 pm on my only day off by the way. I work 6 days a week 12 hr shifts. We were asked to wait another 30 mins. Not very perfesionaly if you ask me. And not a very good first impression. We ended up leaving to find another place to spend our money. Would not go back to this place at all

Worst massage I have ever had. I went for a 20 minute neck and shoulder massage on my lunch break. I am 20 weeks pregnant and they made me lay flat on my stomach, which wasn't that big of a deal, just a bit uncomfortable at this stage. They did not offer a sit up table unfortunately. The massage was sooo painful and hard, the woman was digging her thumbs into my neck and head, digging her elbows into my back. I kept asking her to please go lighter and that it was too hard, however she did not understand me and continued on. It was causing so much pain that my palms were sweating and after the massage my neck and trapezius muscles were spasming and I am majorly sore this evening. I will never go back and will fork over more money for a decent massage next time. Big mistake.

This place is just down the street from me so I've gone there many times for a massage. Ula does a wonderful job every time and is also very nice. Additionally, she speaks English pretty well so that you can communicate what areas are sore and need the most attention. The price is reasonable and the store is clean. 🙂
