Kay was one of the kindest people I have ever talked to. She helped me book and confirm my appointment and stayed in constant communication the whole time. She provided wonderful and easy to follow directions. They have a parking lot, but this location is also walking distance from N Palm Canyon, easy access from the main drag.

Andreas and Chelsea were perfect! They were a great duo and both so kind and experienced. They took the time to connect with us and made sure we had the experience we were looking for. Very pleased with the service and definitely recommend.

Was disappointed in the quality of massages we received. They arrived an 1h15m late to appointment and forgot some supplies, neither of which would've been a big deal if it would've been worth the wait. I don't leave reviews often, but sadly, this turned the highlight of our Palm Springs stay into a dud. They have no brick & mortar, just FYI - they come to your hotel, which did not work as well as we'd hoped. Nice folks, but I just can't recommend.

Rescheduled me a few times. Paid in advance and booked a month before and still on the day of our appointment they tell me no available therapists. Really?! Extremely unprofessional. When we finally able to avail our massage, I can almost assure you the person who massage me did not know what she was doing.Definitely unprofessional and you can just tell theyre not professional therapists.

Poor experience overall. Masseuse was 70 mins late for appointment. Initially the masseuse and the manager both called to let me know she would be 30 mins late which I confirmed would not be an issue. After 30 mins, she still had not arrived so I called masseuse to get an updated ETA, at which time she said she was still 30 minutes away. At this point, I called the manager back and requested a discount. Manager advised to call back after the services and she’d working something out.

Upon arrival, the masseuse had offered an extra 30 min free of charge, but I didn’t have the time, provided she was already an hour late. After the service, I called the manager back as instructed - she declined my call and had the masseuse call me instead to let me know they do not offer discounts and because the service was already provided, there was nothing they could do. Rather, the extra 30 minutes was their way of “making up for it.” (Even if I’d had the time, the massage itself was more of a light rub and not worth another 30 min). I requested a call back from the manager to follow up on the discount she suggested - she then shared they couldn’t offer a discount after all. The overall experience was poor, would not recommend. Save your money and your time.

Daniel and Barbara were very nice! I asked Daniel for a medium pressure massage and to focus on my back/neck/shoulder, and he was great! Barbara gave my sister a massage, and it was so relaxing she almost fell asleep. We had a rather small hotel room and they were so accommodating!

My experience of Palm Springs Spa Massage: they are unethical and don’t care about people. My personal massage therapist worked there and they are refusing to pay them for their work. Do better.
