If I could put 0 stars I would. I went in Friday and asked for my hair to be cut to my shoulders. Usually I go and get one of the main girls there but this time I got a new girl. She starts cutting my hair and all most of the time I could tell she didn’t know what she was doing. She constantly kept asking me how she should part my hair to cut it. But I’m usually not one to be a Karen so I let her do her thing… WORST MISTAKE when she tells me she’s done I see she left my hair up to my CHIN not SHOULDERS while it being wet. Not to mention it’s all uneven not even slightly cut straight. I understand there’s always new people and they need to practice but if you didn’t know how to cut a simple haircut why even cut it in the first place. Highly disappointed wouldn’t recommend unless you’re okay with uneven hair and it being cut inches from what you ask for…

Highly recommend! Works very well with children.. makes them feel comfortable. Before coming here my 7 year old nephew dreaded haircuts and now he wants to come here all the time ? thank you !
