Wendy is the best hairstylist I could’ve ever been blessed with ? I have been going to her for so many years and wouldn’t dare ask anyone else to touch my hair. I like doing a lot of variety of colors and she always makes it look more beautiful than any photos I can find. All the other stylists are so friendly and they really are a family at the Hair Lab ?

Nicole is the most amazing hair artist out there. I swear to god I’ve tried at least 6 different salons, all claiming to specialize in highlights/ blonde. None and I mean none, have come close to the quality I get with Nicole. She is a straight up ARTIST, master of her trade, and the dopest, sweetest person ever. I have referred at least a dozen people to her who are now also her regulars in the last 15 years I’ve been seeing her. I moved 7 hours away and I still make trips down to get my hair done with her because no one is better. PERIOD

Quite simply, a terrific salon!
You can easily tell all the employees get along well and create a very positive vibe. Lori does an amazing job every time...she is a very talented stylist!
Due to Covid-19 and stay at home orders, I went almost four months without a haircut. I knew my hair had turned into quite a project. A project which some stylists might have refused to take on but Lori came through like a champion. She was able to successfully fix my broken, sloppy hair and help me look much more presentable. Thank you Lori.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I walked in to make an appointment in person, and I had never been so I didn’t know the process. I asked how long the wait would be for the next opening, and one of the hairdressers told me, “Well, we only do appointments, not walk ins so I don’t know what to tell you.” They didn’t make any effort to tell me when the next available time would be and told me I had to log in to Instagram and pick a hairdresser I liked. I don’t care about any of that stuff, I just wanted a haircut. Honestly, this place puts so much effort into appearing high end and boujee, they completely neglect customer service. Needless to say, I will not be going back. I recommend the hair salon Hair Bellissimo, which has incredibly nice people who were able to fit me in right away and did a great job with my hair.

Refused me as a walk in saying they only take appointments. Huh? I'm a guy and just need a haircut I don't even have an Instagram. This place will go out of business if they keep this up. Their bad reviews will add up. I see another lady had the same issue as me. Why act Bougee? Just give me am appointment as a walk in, how hard is that? You want me to call on my phone while in the store?

Maria Higgins is the BEST She has been doing my color and cut for 20 years and I am so lucky to have her. I get asked all the time by friends and strangers who does my hair and have recommended her to so many and they all feel the same! Not only is she the most professional, talented and conscientious stylist, she is also the most generous, nicest sweetest person I’ve ever met! I moved an hour away 3 years ago but refuse to go to anyone else & gladly make the drive every 6 weeks!
