Ari did an excellent job with the haircut! She was professional, attentive, and ensured I was completely satisfied. The overall experience was wonderful, as the entire staff was incredibly courteous, friendly, and welcoming. Their positive attitude and focus on customer service made the visit even more enjoyable. I needed a haircut and the Sports Clips I usually go to had a 2 hour wait so I saw this one had less than a 10 minute wait so I said what the heck i will go here. The young lady who cut my hair seemed nice but when she started with the hair clippers it seemed as though she was upset because she was forcefully using the clippers and on several occasions would jab my head with them. Each time she did I jerked my head away and it didn't seem to register with her that she was doing anything wrong. I have gone to several of their stores, even when I moved to another state for a couple of years and hands down this was the worst experience I have ever encountered. Needless to say I will not be going back to this particular store, I will wait the 2 hours next time.

Great place to get all the hairs cut! This location is always clean, along with the staff being very friendly. Among with a greet when you come in the door. Love going here and getting a MVP, the hot towel and scalp massage are always fantastic. It’s a nice break from the typical barber.
* Not going to take away anything, but the overall volume of the Tv broadcasts need to be lowered. Makes it difficult to have a conversation with the stylist.

Got my 3 and 5 year old son’s hairs cut. Both had thier own stylist. Luckily, both my boys are good in the chair and like getting their hairs cut. Both stylist took their time and the cuts were exactly what we wanted. Thanks!!!

Clean, welcoming. Petra took her time and did a great job on my hair. Showed me product after my service but didn't feel pressured to buy. You get a hot towel with aromatherapy when you're getting your hair washed. I felt relaxed after the service. Would recommend and definitely wanna come back.

I've been coming here the past few months and everytime I've always recieved a great quality haircut. I always make sure to book with Petra as she really understands my hair type and is friendly and communicative while cutting my hair and does an excellent job. Update: Its been about 4 months and the quality been the same.

Pietra was the best stylist I've had in 10 plus years of being a SportClips customer. Her attention to detail, professional attitude and her method of offering upgraded services and making product recommendations was excellent. She should be placed in a corporate training position.

I have been getting my haircut at Sport clips for over 7 years now. I have always been very satisfied with not only my cut but the stylist as well. My past experience was the worst cut I have ever had in over 50 years. The cutter did not listen to my style request and I should have known something was wrong when she had my back to the mirror the entire time.
When she finally turned me towards the mirror and I saw the cut, I stopped her. "That's enough we're done". She replied that she was not finished. I replied, "yes you are".
