I have gone twice now for hydrafacials from Kaitlin and had an excellent experience each time. She does a fantastic job and my skin looks so clear afterwards. My face will get a little red from day to day life and the accumulation of dirt and chemicals from some of the products I use (I wear a lot of sunscreen) so I really appreciate getting every pore cleaned at such a deep level, my skin gets an amazing glow afterwards. I have been going to Rox Spa for a year and my skin has NEVER looked better. I didn't know it was possible to have results like these. The hydro facials are incredible. Though she has a ton of clients, Lauren truly makes me feel like I am her only client because she dedicates so much effort towards my needs. I also started getting botox here and they do such an amazing job. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to see Lauren at the Rox Spa for almost a year now and my skin has never looked and felt better. Lauren was able to clear up my skin only after a couple of visits. I have been going to Lauren at Rock Spa for almost two years now. She is beyond amazing. I was very negligent on having a good skin care routine. Lauren created an easy routine that as a busy single mom I could follow. I committed to my facials (my one big treat for myself). It was one of the self care rituals I missed the most during the pandemic. i have never received so many compliments on my skin! I get asked constantly on my social media feed what filter I am using to which I say “purelyskinbylauren”!!! What I love most is Lauren is very thorough, clean and so respectful. RockSpa NB is like family. The entire staff is amazing. Do yourself a favor and your skin to see Lauren!
