I visited this salon on NYE and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The only positive part of my visit was the lady at the front desk. She was kind, professional, and genuinely tried to address my concerns. Without her, the experience would have been entirely negative.

The stylist who did my hair lacked the skills to deliver a proper blowout. My hair became frizzier the more she brushed it, and instead of fixing the issue, she overused a flat iron, which felt damaging. Although she attempted to style my hair with a curling iron, it still looked frizzy and unpolished because of the poor blowout.

When I shared my concerns, the front desk lady did her best to help, but the 'creative director' dismissed me, claiming my hair was damaged and that there was nothing wrong with the blowout. His attitude was unprofessional and offensive. To make matters worse, he told me he didn’t care if I left a bad review because they have 'a lot of good reviews.'

While I can’t recommend this salon based on my experience, I do want to commend the front desk lady for her kindness and professionalism. She was the only good part of my visit, and I truly appreciated her effort to assist me

Such a treat to enjoy the full service salon at Julian Hans today! From the hot tea to the scalp massage and warm hair dryer- so nice. Everyone is super welcoming and kind too, and Iliana provided me with a relaxed, skillful trim as I’m growing out my hair for the first time. Loving how my hair looks and feels right now, and look forward to trying out the recommended products. Highly recommend! With gratitude

I am so glad to be back to Julian Hans Salon with Paniz. I had an elbow accident and had to take a break from my hair. Once I could drive again I called and made my appointment. My hair is back to being beautiful, healthy and spectacular!

Saverio did an excellent job on my hair! Getting the right shade of blond is not easy neither is changing a lifelong hair style. The first photo shows my new haircut. I decided I wanted a cooler shade of blond so he did an extra glaze and I ended up with exactly the shade of blond I wanted.
