I made my appointment with Brent almost a month ago. I have never been to this shop before, it was recommended. I scheduled with Brent, which had to adjust my original appointment. On the day of my appointment with Brent, I receive a text in the morning advising me that something came up and he can to cancel my appointment. No mention of trying to reschedule, just a flat cancel and good tuff luck.

For me, this will not be my new spot. Don't know anything about Brent's haircuts but his lack of customer service is all I need to know to find a different haircut shop.

Hope you all have a better experience than I did.

Superb experience. I love the vibe and the talent of the team here. They hold themselves to a high standard. I have a particular issue with the way my hair grows. I was listened to and heard. The service at Pinnacle Barbers is exemplary! The staff is courteous, consistent, and professional. When you get your haircuts here, you’ll feel relaxed and among friends. The shop is clean and new, reborn from of its original barber shop roots. After each time I visit the Pinnacle barbers, I always get compliments from my wife and friends. This is the only place I’ll go in Monterey for a cut!

Sway's attention to detail was top notch. If you're after great customer service in a cozy clean spot this is your place. If I had one constructive criticism it would be that the music was a bit too loud. The selection was good, but it was a bit hard to hear the conversation.
