Guri is my one and only!! She does exactly the cut I asked for, and keeps it looking great.Am asked all the time who does my hair, will always recommend her. And the rest of the staff are always sweet and courteous to me.

Now, I haven't had a facial in a few years, so I didn't have anything to compare it to.
The woman who did my facial was sweet, no denying that. The room and bed wasn't the cleanest. She played music for about 45 minutes then it ended and wasn't turned back on and for the other 40 minutes, I could hear the other workers talking, bunch of noises so that was a little annoying cause I couldn't relax.
The facial seemed like a lotioned massage and that's all. I bought a Groupon for this facial but no I won't be returning for a facial again.

This was my first time coming here and I absolutely loved it! I had my hair deep conditioned and cut and styled and it came out perfect! The stylist took her time and made it look beautiful! I will definitely be coming back here often and highly recommend this spot!

I went there first time for the highlights but they don’t have any good hairdresser. The lady who was doing my hairs was so slow. And at 6 she said she is going now her schedule is only until 6 she can’t finish me. Her name was I think avlyn. I asked her for the highlights and showed her picture what I want. But she damaged all my hairs with bleach and make all bland. I’m so disappointed even then they charge me. Going again tomorrow let’s see if they can fix it now. There were cockroaches and flies too near the washing station. Save your time money and hairs. I spent 5 hours there but still I need to go back. Please don’t make appointments if you don’t have any good hairdresser. And at the end I asked her only for trimming my dead ends she cuts ore then 5 inches of my hairs. 😡🤬 I don’t even wants to give 1 star for my services. So much disappointing.

My experience at Roselay was 10/10! The environment was very clean & the appointments are very well organized. I have gone to multiple salons to get my eyebrows threaded here in Bakersfield but this salon by far is the best one I have ever been to. Guri did my eyebrows and she was so friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She left my eyebrows looking so good! I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Don’t go here if your a guy looking to get a trim, or just any guy looking for a haircut. I asked her an inch and a half (1.5) and she cut my hair shorter then that. If you don’t know how much an inch and half is then I suggest you don’t cut hair at all. Never coming here again!

I came in to get my hair split dyed red but the color came out way too dark, I even showed a pic of what shade I wanted it. I'm disappointed but at least my hair isn't damaged and they had the nerve to charge me $100 despite the fact they intially said $45 I still paid but it wasn't worth it.
