If you're looking for a solid barber shop, this is the spot. Brian was highly recommended to me, so I gave him a shot. Years later, and even having moved to the south Bay Area, I'm still making the drive up just to have Brian clean me up.

I've been here three or four times and I've been happy with the razor fade as well as the standard haircuts! Brian is friendly and always remembers my name, he's respectful and professional, and we talk and joke to whatever extent I want to that day. I'm never going back to a quick "fast food" style haircut!

Always professional, Brian's attention to detail is very much appreciated, and he takes his time to make sure you are getting your hair exactly how you like it. I get compliments on my cut all the time, and he keeps getting better every time I go back, props to a true up and coming barber! I've read some of the other reviews here, and... I'll just say this, if you are not satisfied with your cut, just come back they will make sure they make it right. Show some love for your friendly neighborhood barbers, these guys care about their customers, as well as their craft.

I've been getting my cuts from Juan and he always does a terrific job. He always takes his time and works with me to cut the hair to my liking. For the quality and effort, the price for a men's cut is the best in Sacramento. It looks like the only reason the reviews aren't higher is because people make an appointment (requires a credit card) and then no-show without notice, creating a charge on their credit card. Every good barber in Sac will do the same. So call ahead if you can't keep an appointment.

Here is my experience after going here now almost since the business started. Brian and Juan are both young guys, mid twenties. Brian started this business at what 23? I would say kudos to such a young person starting a business. What I know is the guy works a lot, that tells me he cares about his business. Every haircut I've gotten from Brian has been great, he spends 45 minutes making sure your hair is cut with care not speed. You tell me what you get at other shops? 45 minutes? I would say probably not. Haircuts are $16 people, if you're going to complain about that I would say you need to get a better job.

I'm reading a review about someone upset they were charged for a haircut after a no show. I'm just going to say this, why do you think he's taking your credit card number to book an appointment? You need to stop think and do the math. Why should someone not get paid because you're inconsiderate and don't respect a persons time and efforts? Give me a break.

Like anything in life nothing is perfect, but I think Brian really tries hard to make his customers happy. He's doing something right, he's cutting hair back to back day in and day out.

Brian is very passionate about cutting hair and is a cool guy all around. Appointments are always booked out so if you have the opportunity to get in, go for it. I've been coming here for a year and have never been disappointed.

If you want to revisit having a quality time with your barber and and not just be in and out in 10 minutes, you have to pay Brian a visit. He really takes the time to understand how you would like your hair cut and is always recommending and suggesting new ways to help you look your freshest. He himself is always looking to improve his techniques even further and always has his eyes out for the newest and greatest products and equipment to help give you the best cut you can get.
