Great new esthetician at The Industry Salon in Rocklin...Skincare by Rachel Louise!

Spent a lovely morning with Rachel getting one of the best facials ever! Rachel is knowledgeable and cares about giving her clients the best customized skincare available! Facial was amazing and the mini neck massage/hot towel wraps were the icing on the cake!

Woke up the next day feeling like I had new skin! My face was soooo smooth and refreshed.

She also offers a great variety of skincare products to fit every budget and personal preference.

As a dude I got really tired of bad haircuts from the barbershops. Owner Matt is an artist with scissors and one of the best haircuts I have ever had. Cut perfectly to match my hair and stays styled with little product.

I love my stylist, but the sinks absolutely suck. The sinks require you to put your neck & head on a hard basin crevice for washing your hair. It puts my neck and the back of my head in pain every time. I now make sure to wash my hair before I go so I don't have to deal with the sinks. This was the reason why I initially left this place, but my stylist moved to this salon, so here I'm at again.

Andrina does my hair now for two years. I feel she knows exactly what I want and need. I always come away from her chair feeling super glamorous! So glad she’s my hair dresser!

I came here couple times to Nellie, at first I thought she was the best stylist out there because of how she would tell me things about my hair and me not knowing anything I believed her. Over some time I noticed my hair not growing properly and a lot of damage overall. I decided to cancel my appointment with her and go to someone else and when the new stylist was doing my hair we noticed absolutely no color on my hair in some places when Nellie would be telling me she was doing highlights all around the head. I’ve been noticing how she would leave the back of my head untouched but not to this point. When I texted her about this she kept on saying that’s not true and started ignoring me. The way she deals with problems is ignoring or blocking the client. I wanted a refund because I would be paying around 200 - 210$ every visit and expected a lot more but she didn’t want to solve the problem. She would tell me to come back every month or two for “touch up” which was her way of ripping me off. Definitely would not recommend, ever since I stopped going to her my hair started feeling a lot healthier. Keep your hair safe out there !

The atmosphere here is very inviting and it's quite obvious that all the stylists are very attentive and committed to their clientele. The owner, whose name is also Matthew, has designed for himself a very well-laid-out and contemporary-looking salon. Andrina does my hair and she is great at both men's and women's cuts. From what I've seen, her coloring skills are in the top tier as well. Regarding my own experience, Andrina knows well how to work with my type of hair which is thick and fine. From what I've been told, it can be a challenging type of hair to properly cut. Nonetheless, I've always come away very satisfied with my haircuts here at The Industry Salon.

The owner Matt, and his team are amazing. I've been to so many other barbers, but this is the one I'm staying at. He has the cleanest facilities, the sharpest scissors and trimmers, and the best stylists. The reason I left other hair-cutting places is they would leave my neck cut up because their trimmers weren't sharp enough. When I came here, I didn't have that problem any longer. I haven't had a bad haircut since I've been coming here.
