Quite a fabulous facial by Elizabeth (Liz) Savage! It was an experience I will remember. I opted for the organic facial. Liz cleansed my skin and exfoliated it, then hydrated my skin with healing and natural organic products. She added a head, neck and upper arm massage. It was heavenly. Great service! I will return to this Spa for another facial with Liz!

Hannah does amazing facials and is a sweet person. Had to end my subscription because I moved to the Bay and miss her ! Haven’t found a good facialist since. The owner isn’t as sweet, however and be mindful that if you ever plan on ending your subscription for any legitimate reason you won’t be treated kindly

Liz is absolutely the best. Have had multiple procedures with her now eyelash/brow tints, facials, peels, dermaplaning 100% satisfied every time. Liz is super knowledgeable and really knows her stuff! She always is honest about what my skin needs and what I should do. Love her have had a great experience with her every time and always leave satisfied 💯💯💯💯

Cancelled my membership after a year.
I had a terrible experience during a “relaxation facial” and dermaplaning treatment. Not only did she burn my face, but she cut me and it’s now left a scar.
I complained, and all that was offered (after I had to ask) was a dermaplaning credit, which should have been at the very least, a credit for the full service that day. They also never called me to resolve or apologize for the issue. I had to do it all myself.
They didn’t want to listen to my concerns or try to make it right by offering any services to fade the scar. Think twice before giving Faces 365 your business, they do not value their customers.

Beautiful spa, friendly staff, but I just spent $150 (with tip) for a lash lift and tint that didn’t lift my lashes at all. Do not recommend, save your money.

Amazing experience at this Spa. They have a wide variety of facials to choose from at affordable prices. The spa is very sanitary, and clean with a great atmosphere. My skin always feel hydrated and nourished after receiving a service here. Highly recommend, great company all around!

A facial just cost me almost $400!! Do NOT buy into this SHAM membership!! I purchased a membership after they re-assured me that I could put my membership on pause three months out of the year if I couldn't get time for an appointment. When I tried to do this after 9 months of paying a monthly fee (two months during COVID shutdown), they tried to change the rules and say I could use my credit, but only at NON-MEMBER prices - which means you are giving them money every month just to get charged the same price as someone who just walks in!! So I cancelled and they said I had 60 days to use 9 months of credits, which wasn't possible since they kept shutting down. Just called in early February and they told me I had points left, so I booked a facial and micro add. Then AFTER my service they told me I don't have any points and should have used them before my 60 days ran out (even though they said I had points when I booked it). The gal in front said they've been open since September and so I had plenty of time. TOTAL LIE. I have an email from them saying they are "finally opening again January 19". Paid $198 on top of the $160 in prepaid credit they refused to honor. Don't ever use this shady place - the owner is dishonest and they will steal your money.
