I saw they changed new management so I decided to give it a try today. I chose Thai combination. The therapist has unique techniques which I never experienced with other spa. Step up on my back and lot of stretch and then deep tissue. I feel much better after that. They are nice and friendly, the place is Clean, unique decorations. I really like it. Will definitely come back.

This was my first time getting a massage at Top Thai sap . Jessy was my masseuse and she did a great job. She was very respectful and gentle. I would definitely recommend this place

I've come to this place a few times now. I'm always satisfied or very satisfied with how the massages turn up. The masseuses are quite good and very focused when they give you a massage. This place is a nice Hidden Gem in the North Hollywood area where you can escape from all the busy activities of your day, or the stress of your job. As of March 2017 it cost $25 for a foot massage, and $50 for a full body massage. If you want a good firm and strong massage, ask for Tony.

I’m very disappointed and disgusted with this place. My wife and I go for a couples massage. Everything started off great. We are getting our massages. About 40 min in. My masseuse leaves and some gentleman comes in and started messaging me. My wife Is naked, and I’m visibly disappointed. I heard someone came in and say. I’m in a rush. I need tk get to work. Plz give me a quick message. So the lady that was doing my message left. And gave it to some gentleman that had really callus hands. I feel like I got a rug burn. I was very disappointed with this place. It ruined my vibe and wasn’t pleasant at all. And like I mentioned my wife was naked laying right next to me. Not cool at all!!!!

And on top of that. When we called asked about couples massage they said it would be $45 for an hour. When we get there. They charged us $60. Very shady place. I do not recommend.

I have a great experience every time I come here. I worked with Mike and Amy. They are true healers with strong intent to heal. I've never felt like this leaving a spa like Massage Envy. Please make sure you take care of these off the charts therapists. They work hard and charge far under the market rate. Great great experience. I feel like a new person.

This place is comical. They asked me for their tip BEFORE performing the service since I said I would be paying with a card. Then if you give a small tip they barely do any work on you! Why would I give you a large tip for a service you haven’t given yet?! What’s crazier? They asked for ANOTHER tip at the end. If I wanted a massage to feel like I was just putting lotion on my body then I would’ve done that at home! Terrible customer service and they’re always screaming at eachother from different rooms. Here’s a tip: Please take a lesson in hospitality and customer service. For everyone else: Save your money and go somewhere else!

This place is a joke. We called being 3 min away to see if they had 2 spaces available for a foot massage. The women over the phone said yes come on in. As soon as we get there she says she doesn't have 2 spots available because someone else walked in. I went on and asked why she would do that if we just called and said we would be there in 3 min.

Long story short, a white man walks out from the back saying he is the owner and says they don't do walk ins. I proceed to ask why she doesn't say that over the phone. According to him it's a language barrier. Great buddy. So I asked why he doesn't answer the phone himself and he proceeds to tell me " I don't think you know about business"

Wonderful!

We didn't get massages and this man lost his mind.

This is the 2nd time I've shown up during business hours and its closed and there is no one there. It looks like construction or tearing down. There's no sign, so maybe they went out of business? I'll go to jollyfoot across the street
