Ashley Keene is amazing at what she does! Someone referred me to her so I decided to try even though I was nervous. I went and got my hair done and I didn’t like how it turned out. I wanted it darker underneath. I messaged her and told her about it and she automatically told me that she would fix my hair free of charge to my liking. So I went back and she did an amazing job the second go around!! I am so in love with my hair now!!! I definitely recommend her for your hairstyle needs! She actually cares and hears what her customer’s needs are. Superb job Ashley!

ashley does my hair here and she is so so so great! she always gets my hair the perfect bright blonde and whenever i tell her i want the tiniest little trim she actually listens! she makes sure i love my hair everytime and i know she has pride in her work! also, this salon is so organized and clean, they have multiple bathrooms as well.

I’ve tried a couple of different salons since moving to the Trussville area and I’ve never left as happy as I did when I left Salon 2000 today, Kaitlyn is AAAMAZING! Appointment was easy to make and Kaitlyn was able to fit me in the day I needed my hair done. This was my first time trying this salon and I’m so grateful I found Kaitlyn, she was able to do exactly what I envisioned.

Since I am new to this area I needed a new Salon. I found Salon 2000 thru a person I noticed at the grocery store. I loved her hair style! When I said how much I like her hair she didn’t hesitate to give me the name of her salon which was Salon 2000 In Trussville. She gave me the name of her stylist but shared she had been going there for a long time and all the stylist were very good, doing men and women! I called and 2 days later was sitting in Nicole’s chair for a haircut. Nicole was very friendly and attentive. She spent about 15 minutes talking, making sure she understood exactly how I wanted my hair cut (especially since I didn’t know the name of the cut). She showed me several photos on her phone of the style I was looking for (an A-line curly stacked Bob). A really professional salon, great prices, and many stylists. I watched others getting cuts, perms, colors. Nicole made it not only a wonderful experience but fun and relaxing. I’m a senior, use a walker and everyone I interacted with was helpful. From start to finish I was extremely happy with the end results and my new updated look.

Nice salon. Friendly front end staff. Bianca listened to me well and provided just the cut I wanted. She was friendly and detail/satisfaction oriented. I'm VERY particular about my hair and this is my new salon. Price was great too!

Negative reviews about this place not taking walk-ins are ridiculous. Have some dignity, make an appointment. It's WELL worth it!

Anytime I have ever got my hair done by Dean I could go months and people would still compliment my color and I always thought "goodness I needed to go get it done a month ago" when they said it. I would always proceed to tell them who did mine but that everyone that works there does a great job no matter who it is that cuts/colors or even styles your hair! Love it!

I was pleased how fast I could get an appt. The cost for a regular perm was very good. Unfortunately had to cancel ended up in the hospital. I was not happy. Will call and reschedule. I only use them for perms because they don’t price gouge you. I already have a person that cuts my hair, but doesn’t do perms.

My stylist has been in business for 30+ years just joined their staff in 2020!!!
The most well established business of its kind, employees are of the utmost caliber and top of their talent....I enjoy being a customer here and will follow Garry wherever he goes to get my hair done.
