DO NOT GO SEE STEPHANIE HARPER!!! I booked an appointment with her in person and was looking forward to a moment to myself after being displaced due to the Altadena fires. Without having a house or child care I really had to move a lot of mountains to make this appointment happen. 8 min before my scheduled time she texted that she “just realized” was 30 minutes behind and had her client in the shampoo bowl that needed a full blowout. I was forced to cancel due to no child care after driving all the way out. She had no remorse for her lack of time management and just kept saying “these things happen.” NOT A NICE PERSON, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Have been to see Mary Ann a few times now and so impressed with her knowledge and treatment of my hair. I initially went in for a complete restyle with some ideas and Mary-Ann helped me perfect it. The head massage was so relaxing. I have received so many compliments on my new style, thank you 🙂

I asked Judy about possibly layering the back of my head …she found a picture of a layered cut and I just absolutely loved it ….so she cut my hair and then she took a picture of the back of my head ….(I didn’t know she took my picture)…. When she showed me the pic… I honestly thought it was the first picture she had shown me before the cut….and I’m thinking.. “that’s nice?”….but then I said “that’s not my hair right?” … and she said “No, that IS your hair !” I had a hard time believing that it was my hair since it looked so healthy, full, and YOUTHFUL….I still kept insisting that, that was NOT my hair…. & Judy kept telling me “That is your hair!”she stated, “that is your ‘hand’ in the picture …….and yeah, it was my (fat)hand !!!!!! I am still utterly amazed that the back of my head looks like hair of a 20 or 30-year-old since I am 58 and don’t color my hair (I don’t ever expect my hair to look really good, EVER) ….I love the picture so much that I actually added it to my Google profile pic in my personal and work email accounts and my contacts profile pic !!!!!….(and yes, I know I’m insane) I’m one of those people who deletes 99% of pictures taken of me and I can’t believe, that this picture ….of the back of my head ….is me !!!!!

I am very grateful for Judy and her expertise….. She is gifted and a true ARTIST !!! I keep telling all my bff’s and colleagues the story of why I changed ALL my google profile pics…..

Nice and bright cozy environment. The stylists are nice and professional. They always give the best opinion for the hair color I want but also maintain my hair quality. I've been doing my hair here for 3 years and always come back every 2-3months. The best part is the products they recommend for maintaining my hair color or does treatments really work!!! (not like they trying to sell something but actually doesn't do anything good to my hair)
So many random people ask me where do I get my hair done whenever I'm shopping or doing my nails. A truly great salon at Pasadena.

Judy recommended that I get the F18 treatment and my hair trimmed with front layers. The best decision I ever made!! My hair was super damaged before the treatment and it has never been healthier, it’s super silky and rarely gets tangled, which is saying a lot bc it’s wavy! I’ve never felt more confident about my hair!

Sonik is amazing with color!!! The highlights she introduced into my hair style took it to another level 😊. It's great to work with a professional who has great recommendations and is thorough. The salon itself is easy to locate and has plenty of parking in the rear. The salon is neat and effortlessly chic, full service salon worth the trip.
