i have tried many other nail salons in the area and i have to say once i walked into kim's, i never left. my christmas set i just got done by kim is my absolute favorite and best set ive ever recieved. it even looks better than the picture i showed her, which blew my mind. i highly recommend coming here. i've been to other nail salons in the area that are way more expensive and did a poor job. they're very good about their pricing and pay attention to detail!

Kim’s has been my favorite place to get my nails for over 16 years! They are so professional and there able to do anything any design. Kim can do ingrown toenails without pain. Their wonderful people and I highly recommend them if your looking for a salon in town. Their salon is clean, and the workers are helpful, professional, and nice. Kim and her husband are the best in Baldwin county!

I had the best experience getting my nails done today. I came in around 5pm without an appointment and they made time to get me in and quick! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My nail tech Kim was AMAZING. I showed her a picture of nails I wanted with several different designs and she nailed them! Get it lol. But for real she did amazing and fast! I am so happy with my results! I will be back for my next set!

Went into salon today to get acrylic powder put on my nails like I been doing for the past several months. I was always happy with the service I received until today. The man rushed doing them and got the powder way to thick. When I tried showing the owner she acts as if that's what I wanted and it was normal. Said I should have just get polish when I have been getting the powder for awhile. She fixed one of them. She certainly didn't agree that they looked terrible. I went ahead and paid and left a tip because I work in the service industry. However if I make a mistake at work I own it. I don't see a way to post pictures or I would.I will not be going back.I posted pictures on Yelp.
