Update: I wanted to say that the owner did reach out and was very sweet and apologetic. And they did give me a full refund. I really appreciated the quick and genuine response.

Normally when I come here my nails are decent but I mostly enjoy the atmosphere and the services feel more luxurious so I don’t really mind my nails looking like nothing special. But I went in last night for a manicure and pedicure and both of the ladies doing my nails were so rough on my cuticles. I woke up this morning and they were swollen. They did cut me a handful of times and they kept saying the stones were too hot but then would only wait a couple second before putting them on me and I kept getting burned. I’ve never had this experience here before. So I played 115 dollars to be uncomfortable and in pain for an hour.

I love this place for three reasons. First, it’s relaxing. There isn’t a lot of noise and chatter. It’s more like a spa experience. The environment is tranquil and there is soft music playing. They offer champagne, water or tea on arrival. The receptionist is professional and polite and the staff treats you like you’re an important client. Second, the pedicure massage is wonderful. I received a massage with my basic pedicure and it was the best one I’ve had in years. The massage is my favorite part of a pedicure, so this is a big deal for me. Third, my pedicure was wonderful. I had a picture of what I wanted and I asked if she could recreate it. My pedicurist asked a colleague for help and that was fine. The other person did a great freehand job of re-creating exactly what was in the picture. They did a wonderful job and my nails look great. I don’t get my nails done often so some people might have different measures of success, but I think this place is pretty great.

This was by the far the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had! The staff was lovely and so fun to talk to! I love the ambiance like how they dimmed the lights, the hot stones they used, and everything about it. I also loved that they could do both the manicure and the pedicure at the same time so comfortably. At a lot of places, I feel like it’s to ticklish and a little painful, but this place was literally perfect. No complains whatsoever! If I didn’t live out of state, I’d definitely be back!

I have to say my nails were beautifully done. This was my first time coming here and they were phenomenal. I’ve gone to a couple here and around sac but they were my favorite. Came here to get my wedding nails done and they were great. I paid $89 for these. I got my eyebrows and lip waxed for $29 which is cheaper than European wax center.

Not going to lie, the only issue I had was I had to ask for the prices. They didn’t tell you upfront. You have to go through the book to find out. Didn’t really have much of a conversation because we couldn’t really speak to each other but that’s ok.

Always exceptional service provided feel like a new person every time I walk out.Facials are perfectly done by Ly, Dipping by T.hi lasts well through the month. His artful design creations are always fun and memorable. Tan recently retired and he is missed. Thank you all for the care and professionalism you provide ❤️

Absolutely loved my experience at Organic Nails and Spa. From the moment I walked in, it felt like a luxury experience. The layout is different from regular nail salons as it has separate rooms making it feel like a spa. They offer you tea or complimentary drinks. My nail specialist Lina listened to my concerns of having thin nails and recommended I do gel builder before my gel color. They also don’t use any toxic chemicals which will be great in the long term. Overall it was a very spa-like experience and I can’t wait to come back.
