Hidden gem nail salon in Simi! Super clean, affordable, and great service. Have been coming here for about a year (used to go to Olivia's but stopped going after too many bad experiences)
Cathy is very attentive, sweet, and am always happy with my mani or pedi (I usually do gel) Call ahead to make an appointment, you won't regret it. Also love how quiet the environment is, makes it actually relaxing!

The establishment deserves recognition for its cleanliness and the amiable nature of its staff. The individual who provided my pedicure, referred to as "T," demonstrated a pleasant and gentle demeanor. However, considering the cost of $38.00 for the pedicure, I anticipated a more comprehensive service.

The treatment solely involved the application of a sugar scrub to my legs, excluding my feet. Regrettably, there was no massage component. The lotion was hastily applied to my legs and feet, followed by a quick wipe with a towel. In contrast, the client seated next to me received a massage. While I acknowledge that she may have opted for a different type of pedicure (which I was not offered), I still expected a more substantial service beyond a cursory rub.

The pedicure commenced promisingly, but approximately 30 minutes in, the pace noticeably accelerated, resulting in a rushed completion. The application of nail polish extended onto my cuticles and skin, leaving a rough texture. Furthermore, the clear coat is already peeling from the skin, and the softness of my feet remains unsatisfactory.

Another concerning observation was the absence of any displayed licenses at each workstation, which is a legal requirement. My professional experience as a manicurist spanning over 20 years underscores the importance of adhering to such regulations. Additionally, after utilizing the cheese grater on my heels, a fresh towel should have been provided to prevent recontamination of my feet with the removed dead skin.

Despite the positive ratings, my experience at this establishment fell short of expectations, and I will not be returning for future services.

I needed my nails done right away. What a pleasure and great experience it was for me to go here. It was pouring rain and cold. They offered me hot tea and allowed me to just relax. I highly recommend CTK nails. I loved the way they did my nails!!

I needed to get my nails done on a Sunday and they were open. Kevin and Katy is amazing. It's like a little hole in the wall but when you walk in it's like you're walking into a spa. They take the time even when you were the last person, they are amazing, and I would highly recommend this nail salon.

Went for extreme and extensive callus help for my messed up feet & toes. Posh, comforting ambience. The nail professionals really make you feel at home here and take the time to do the job right. The little things make this tucked away place a hidden gem. Also, pretty nice to have a small glass of wine for a nice bliss-out session!
