I had the best message of my entire life at Pinnacle Wellness. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I had booked a treatment and a massage and I arrived a little early so I was invited to hang out in the plant room which was so relaxing. My masseuse was very intuitive and talked me through her process which made for a strong trust connection and such a beautiful massage. I left feeling like a brand new woman! If you are looking for the perfect gift to treat a loved one too book a massage for them and then book one for yourself as well!

I came a massage and the practitioner didn't show for. The person at the front said I could choose a complimentary service for the flier so I was going to pick a massage. The massage girl called and apologized but said I could pick sauna or something of the like. I told her my understanding was that I could pick from the pamphlet. She said, "We have to get paid too." I asked her to have the manager call me. I also called the spa and left a message, no response.

My introduction to Pinnacle Wellness happened about a year ago shortly after I had been told I have a significant ailment with eminent terminal implications. With guidance from the knowledgeable and personable staff and use of several of the available devices my ailment is now stable, and the terminal implications are now questionable.

I took my parents here and we all had such a wonderful time. Even my Dad, who has never been to the spa, really enjoyed the massage. I highly recommend Kerri and her team. They’re so kind, welcoming, wonderful, and the space is such good energy.

If you suffer from a chronic illness, anxiety or depression, pain and discomfort! I highly recommend you go to Pinnacle Wellness Spa! I have MS & all of the above! My therapist referred me to Pinnacle I’ve been going for over a year now! It’s my home away from home! I am a new woman! Kerri & Courtney are very compassionate and eager to share their knowledge on all the Modalities! Pinnacle is serene from the moment you walk in the door! Great place for relaxation! I went into Pinnacle wellness for the first time today. Carrie (the owner) took me on a tour of each service that was offered. The place itself is immaculate as soon as you walk through the entrance gate. An outdoor patio with fountains, then a beautifully decorated indoor space. It’s clean, and well designed, creating a super relaxing atmosphere. Besides the very modern and advanced services offered, my favorite part was speaking with Carrie. She took the time to share her own personal experiences, why she got into this type of work, and just really could tell I needed help and connection. She instantly took me under her wing, and though she didn’t know if I’d be receptive or not to all the info given to me, she put her heart and care into all of our conversation. She gave me tools and resources to help better fight my cancer, and we will be making a specific plan for putting some of the services to use. A huge array of services are offered, I want to get each one done but regardless of the reason you’re coming in, you’ll be put into major relaxation guaranteed. She ended up gifting me a free service, lent me her own book for nutrition, and even packed me a goody bag of apricots from her garden. This business, pristine as it is, is not in it for just profit. Her heart and soul is truly in this place and that in itself, is all the reason I’ll be returning. Truly a special lady and a special place! I’m very grateful and looking forward to going back.

Wow, just wow! They were so incredibly accommodating! My whole family enjoyed a variety of services- including halotherapy, massage, and facials. They even gave my daughter an upgrade to her service for her birthday! This is not just a spa, this is a place of wellness! My only regret is that I can't pick them up and move them back home to Kentucky!
