I had the BEST experience at Fantastic Sam's. I went in and told Lexi I wanted a "mommy hair makeover" and told her to do whatever she wanted to. She did NOT disappoint! My hair was soooo long, and I know it took hours of her time, but for me...the results were so worth it! I love my hair. I feel like a new woman! Thank you so much Lexi!

Just had the best time at Fantastic Sam’s with Kimberlee! She totally understood what I wanted and worked her magic in my hair. The vibe in the salon was super chill, and the staff were super friendly. Kimberlee’s skills are top-notch- my hair looks and feels amazing! I left feeling like a million bucks. Visited on Friday for the first time. I had a color, wash, and cut by Danyelle. The experience was great, so much better than some competitors in town. She really knows what she is doing and has techniques I haven't seen before! I really appreciated the lively discussion and will be returning!

This lady damaged my hair!!!! All I asked for was a root touch up and she got upset with me because I didn’t want to pay over $300. This is ridiculous I will never be back! My hair is so dry and I’ve been blonde for 5 years now. She was so unprofessional and rude. Don’t come here at all! Run the other way. My birthday is ruined because of her. Thanx a lot.

I went in because my daughter had a great experience with Dani going purple. Highly recommend Dani.

Dani wasn't available so I was referred to Sonata, assured she was experienced. She told me right off the bat they used Chi color and she had only ever worked with Redken. Should have gotten out of the chair then.
I wasn't sure what shade of blonde I wanted - was going from a gray/brown to blonde again after chemo took all my hair. Chose out of a color chart a 9N.

See photos taken the day after. I ended up with a 13G and she kept trying to gaslight me saying "that's what you asked for". I would have NEVER chosen this. Plus she had to keep calling another more experienced stylist over to tell her what to do.

They then sold me purple shampoo and conditioner ($60 worth) to take out the brass. I felt like I had no choice if I wanted my hair to look anywhere near normal.

Mark (unsure of his relationship to the salon) said to come back so they could fix it but I am not sure I want these people anywhere near my hair, which just means more money out of pocket to have it fixed.

Highly dissatisfied and will not return. The ONLY reason I gave two stars was because Dani was so great with my autistic daughter.

UPDATE: I was so depressed about my hair that I did go back Christmas Eve and met with Rachel. She was very knowledgeable about color. We first tried to just tone the color, but then it was clear highlights were needed. Used a cap - was a quick process. When it was all said and I looked in the mirror I LOVED it! I scrunched it with my natural curl and I felt like myself again. I was so happy.

Thank you to everyone who worked to fix my hair - it was a Christmas Eve collaborative effort. I now can smile in my Christmas pics.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Had my eyebrows waxed on 5/2 for an event and was burnt pretty bad. Went back the next day and the owner was there and called a worker over whom agreed it was a burn. The owner then suggested to put burn cream on them and he would follow up with me on Monday 5/6. It is now 5/9 and I have yet to hear from anyone and wasn’t even offered a refund for the horrible job. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
