A Perfect Beach Getaway!

Beach Island Resort truly makes the most of its space, and has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay! They have a fully equipped BBQ area, with a large patio, tables, chairs, and all the grilling accessories you could need! They have a picnic/lounge area with an ocean view! 😍 🏖️ They have a laundry room, which to us is a big deal! We always like to wash everything up before we head home!

I can honestly say that the resort goes above and beyond to add so many thoughtful touches like menus for all the local eateries, books, games, and a beautiful breeze way with a beautiful and comfy seating area. It has a heated private pool, a private hot tub, and direct private beach access. Plus, every beach amenity you could need!

Penny, is the on-site manager, is available 24/7 and was always ready to help in anyway she could and answer any questions we had!

Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal are just an hour away, which is perfect because we went to the parks 2 of the days we stayed! 🎢

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Space Coast Vacation Rentals continues to be our top choice for our Florida vacations! Highly recommend!

We had such a great experience at the beach island resort. Stayed here for the first time and it felt like a big family with the folks that stay here over the years… Penny is a very friendly and helpful lady!
Gave us umbrellas for the beach booster seat for our little son and some more dish pans to make our stay a little easier… She all around is very helpful and friendly person and made our stay all that much more enjoyable and comfortable… Also really appreciated the clean rooms. Pool and hot tub were so nice to have with the cooler weather that was going through Cocoa FL the week we’re here… Definitely a great stay!!

We were just at the resort and had a great time. The manager Penny made us feel very welcome there. The team of people we have running the resort has made it the best I have ever seen it.

I just stayed at Beach Island in January 2025 for one month. After staying at different motels in the Space Coast area over the years, I have found my home away from home when I visit my family in Cocoa Beach. The staff, the rooms, and the location is perfect. Walk out of your room for 30 seconds and you are on the beach! The courtyard is beautiful if you choose to enjoy the sparking clean whirlpool or heated pool. The people staying there were friendly and no smoking. I can't find fault. If you have stayed in the past you will find that everything has been upgraded. I'll be back soon... just please don't reserve my room 🙂

Wonderful little “tourist court.” Right on the ocean. Friendly guests.

Families come year after year. Part time share; part rental.

Grounds very well kept. Heated pool in winter. Large in ground hot tub.
