I don’t get my nails done a lot but I got them done here and they aren’t straight and it’s only been two days and looks like they have grow out on them they don’t even fill the nail. They look horrible won’t be going back and being charged 60 was horrible.

I've been here a few times and always got "okay" service but today when I went for a mani/pedi they didn't even put lotion on my feet just my legs so now they feel rough, then for my gel manicure there is gel all over the skin and when they finished they literally put a drop of lotion on my hand and said "all done", since when do they make you rub in your own lotion and no cuticle oil or nothing. If I'm spending that much money you can at least rub in the lotion... won't be back!

Rushed this nail job like crazy. I asked for matte gel and clarified multiple times to make sure he was on the same page. Did my entire manicure with normal topcoat, and when I mentioned it he just slapped a matte topcoat on top. He didn’t get the matte all over the nails so the glossy top coat was showing, and I asked him to fix it. Just really sloppily done. He knew I was frustrated and said they were fine. There’s no way these will last longer than a couple days.
Update: they redid the nails and now I am burned from the drill and my cuticles are on fire from a file being pushed into my cuticle to get the old polish off. Ridiculous.

Love the men at Solar Nails, very sweet, professional & take great care in precision..I ALWAYS request ine of the guys do my nails. This is the ONLY nail salon in the area I've been happy with and been a loyal customer for 6 yrs

I recently started coming here after going to several other places in florence and I just wouldn't be happy with them. She takes her time but in a timely manner. They would stay on 2 weeks plus unlike the other places I went to. I love this place and how my nails are done!! I'm never disappointed when I leave!

Only painted 90 percent of my nails not going out to the edges. When I asked to have them apply to the edge the man did but missed one. I asked the lady that does the acrylic to look at the one and she said that was my skin. I said no that is my nail . See? She pounded the polish bottle to the palm of her hand in an angry matter, so what was she fixing to angrily paint? My skin? I told her forget it . She then starts pleading no that she would paint she would paint, I left sure has poor customer service skills at the end of the day. Very rude loud to me!!! I did take a picture wish I could post it . They left rough edges under my nails with fuzz stuck to my nails where they wiped it down with a dirty towel
