My dad bought me a gift certificate last year for Christmas. I almost forgot about it. Went all the way down there yesterday December 8th was gonna get my children’s feet done. The gift certificate specifically says they are open on Sunday’s. Get down there and they are closed on Sunday’s then I went this afternoon because today it expires. They were closed. On my gift certificate it says they don’t close until 7:30. So now I have wasted my gas twice two different days, I gave multiple people’s hope’s up, and then I have a $70 gift certificate that is expired. I am very upset

I came to get my nails done a week ago and more than half of my nails came off. I called on Friday the day my nails fell off and they told me to come in on Monday and I said could I come in earlier and they said no. I get it you guys are busy but you can take an hour out of your day to fix my nails or given me my money back. So fast forward to today I came into the store and I let them know I called on Friday, he tried telling me multiple times they didn’t do my nails and that someone else did them, he didn’t believe be until I showed him the charge on my card from them and he’s talking about fixing them but I at this point just wanted my money back so I could go somewhere ik they will be done correctly, he said NO. DONT ever come here a waste of time and money and really rude. 0 stars

I haven’t had my nails done in a few years I usually just paint mine,but yesterday I felt like going to get them done so I came to this place and I showed the man a picture of what I would like my nails to look like.He did a perfect job not only are they very pretty,but he took his time!Some people will rush you out,but he did not I was probably in there for about 50 minutes.He was very nice and if you like conversation he will talk to you if you start talking to him.He asked to look at the picture again a few times just so he can get it right and he said his name is Andy.If I get my nails done again I will definitely go back.I’d like to add this place was very quiet and peaceful.The total cost was $70

This place is GROSS! Dirt all over the floors, cob webs all over the nail polish display on the wall, and for whatever reason, it was blazing hot in there. I use to come here all the time for my mani and pedi’s, but will definitely not be coming back.

I really love this place. The owners are so kind and considerate.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and therefore do not get my hands done very often because my fingers won't straighten out for the dryer. The gentleman is so kind and considerate and figures out a way to do everything to make me comfortable.

I have been going to this place for a few months now, but today, 11/11/20, I had a different kind of experience. When I went in the young lady who greeted me and asked to help was rude. I told her who I wanted to do my nails, but the lady was busy doing a pedicure. I asked how long was the wait, and she said about 20-25 minutes. I asked her was there someone else who could assist me, and she just walked away from me. I left. Don't know if I'll be returning since she was so rude.
