Hate to be the guy to bring down the star rating on a place because of one bad egg so I won't do that. These 5 stars are for the lady here that is super professional, courteous, friendly and does a great job with the haircuts. The other lady though gets no stars. Extremely rude. Entitled and ungrateful for having an abundant customer base. She apparently feels no need to provide any sort of customer service but instead feels that her customers should be serving her and making sure she feels comfortable. I showed up early to be first in line. A little kid showed up with his mom and to wait out in the cold also. This lady shows up 2 minutes before open with a look on her face that could kill, said nothing to any of us. When I followed her in she threw her keys on the desk and cursed God because apparently we were supposed to wait outside to be invited in. She expressed that she was upset because all these cars were lined up outside already waiting for their turn to get a haircut. I apologized and said I could wait outside until she's ready but the damage was done. Anyway there was no way I was going to sit down and let this lady cut my hair. I'll be letting as many people as I can know about her.

Been here multiple times now, never had a negative experience. Great haircuts at great prices. If the owner has to put a sign on the door stating the obvious, says more about the morons leaving shitty reviews.

Very rude woman, to my 7 year old and I. I liked the original owner. The current has not learned anything about customer service. Her business will most likely fail if she keeps that rudeness up

Unbelievably rude woman who was angry at my very presence and bringing her my business. Will be looking elsewhere. Despite really needing a cut, couldn’t bring myself to give her my business. Will wait till I’m in Anchorage.

We love the flexibility of walking in. My guys are always happy with their haircuts and Jennifer, the owner, is always friendly and welcoming. Have a cup of coffee while you wait. We really appreciate this business.
