I’ve been a loyal client of Young’s Medical Spa for years, but my recent experience with Tami truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, Tami took the time to explain exactly what she was going to do and how it would improve my skin. Her knowledge and confidence immediately put me at ease, and it was clear that she’s not only highly skilled but deeply passionate about delivering the best results.

Throughout the treatment, I felt absolutely no pain, which I’ve never experienced before at any spa. The results were beyond outstanding—I’m thrilled with how my skin looks and feels. Tami’s expertise and attention to detail made all the difference, and she is by far the most intelligent and confident provider I’ve worked with at Young’s. I can’t recommend her enough!

Tammy was absolutely incredible. I fully feel like I can trust her as my provider when it comes to what would work and look best for me and my face. She was not pushy at all about extra services, however super informative for procedures I may think about getting in the future.

TERRIBLE OVERALL EXPERIENCE! I had been coming to Lansdale Young Med Spa for the Semaglutide Injections over 4 months and lost just 10 pounds! Within my second month I asked Dr. Bonnie to switch me to the Tirzepatide in which she convinced me to give it some more time. At the 4 month mark I asked another doctor to switch me since Dr. Bonnie was no longer employed there, and she did!
On the Tirzepatide I experienced much less hunger or the desire to eat. After week 1, I did feel that this medicine was working much better. Upon thinking about how I spent $2,500 to only lose 10 pounds, I was extremely saddened and called Diana to speak with her about it. She expressed remorse that this had happened to me and said I should have come to her much sooner instead of Dr. Bonnie and she would have switched me over to the Tirzepatide. She said she would speak with Dr. Young (the owner) to see how they can best compensate me for all the money I spent and easily lost as it did not work for me! I went very early on my next appointment planning to see Diana and hoping to speak with Dr. Young, seeking a resolution. Diana greeted me, took me in the room where the nurse Natasha gave me my shot and I never saw her again. I sat waiting in the room for at least 10 minutes before Natasha returned to say that Dr. Young and Diana discussed my situation and will give me my weekly Tirzepatide shots ($199) for the same price as Semaglutide ($149) the remainder of December and all of January for the trouble! She went on to say that the injection is not a "miracle cure", and that I can't continue to eat cheeseburgers and expect to lose weight! WOWWWWWWW what the hell kind of garbage is that? 1st of all Natasha, I am a vegetarian, second, I am highly offended by her words, and 3rd, even more offended that Dr. Young or Diana never came to speak with me face to face, but instead sent someone who is extremely insensitive to my cause to relay a message to me that completely disturbed my mental state! I certainly will never go back there again! And would absolutely NEVER recommend anyone to Lansdale Young Medical Spa!!!!!!

Had a fantastic experience here! I chose Young MedSpa for their rave reviews & they definitely lived up to them. Even though I’ve had Dysport 3 times, I’m still an anxious patient anytime I receive needles. And have fainted in the past. I hate needles, but I hate my “11” lines more haha! These women were incredible. Not only did they calm my nerves, but they gave me every little thing to distract me; stress balls, face vibration tools, conversation. I have nothing but positive things to say. I will definitely be back 🩷

Patient coordinator Leslie, as well as injector Judy, were kind, empathetic, great listeners, and offered an overall fantastic client experience. Judy asked about my prior experience with injectables/outcomes, and was attentive to what I wanted to achieve. Additionally, Judy was not heavy-handed with her Botox injection-technique, and personally, I did not experience any bruising/pain, or unwanted side effects after my appointment with her. I would highly recommend this medical spa to those that are looking for great customer service and even better procedural outcomes!

I love Young Medical Spa in Lansdale! The staff is always friendly and prompt. They never have tried to sell procedures and are very informative. This is my favorite place to get Botox and I highly recommend.
