Excellent Dr, and his staff are amazing and respectful.
I give this office and Dr Jones and his staff 12 stars out of 12. They treat others very well and with respect.
I highly recommend Dr Randall Jones as a dentist. They are the sweetest people I have ever met. They treat the patient in the same manner they want to be treated.

I am extremely terrified of dentist..that being said, Dr. Jones and his complete staff is absolutely amazing. From the min. You walk into the door you feel at home.and the make you feel comfortable in the chair whatever it takes.they settled my nerves by telling me everything in advance and assured me one thing at a time

We had been using Dr. Jones for a while and he's a really nice man but I feel like they are just out to make as much money as they can and don't really care about the long term effect on the pacient. One of the office women are very very rude and pushy! I was also taking my son there and the last time we went the dental assistant put his filling in and it fell out as soon as we got to the car. Tried to go back in and they were closed so I had to wait and call the next day and they acted weird about it like we did something to cause it to come out when we literally walked straight to the car and got in and it fell out.

went to the dentist as a new patient today with express concerns about TMD/TMJ, oral cancer and a general cleaning. The lady who performed my xrays basically said "we all have TMJ" and shrugged....great treatment plan there! no one mentioned oral cancer until I asked why I wasnt seeing a dentist as a new patient with concerns. Never got an answer as to why a new patient wanting to speak about TMD/TMJ and oral cancer (as clearly stated on my new patient forms) wouldnt be seeing the dentist. I was then told that I would likely need a crown next week (still, dentist has not seen me to diagnose this). Im extremely disappointed. Maybe I can start letting my nurses see the patients solo for me in my practice too. I dont understand why I was asked to fill out forms with specific information on them if that information wasnt going to be relayed to the people doing the work. Aside from going to a dentists office as a new patient and not getting to see a dentist (a first for me in my 37 years), the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was great, I wish I could remember her name but, unfortunately, her skill and pleasant attitude were waaaay overshadowed by THE LACK OF A DENTIST!!! Cannot wait to go back for this crown...

Iam a over the road driver and Dr Jones made sure I went back out on the road pain free with a dental plan. I love the professionalism from Dr. Jones and his crew. Dr. Jones makes sure that u are comfortable before he goes diving into your mouth. This ma gets the job right the first time. I went into his office on an emergency visit and they got me into a room right away. Thank u Dr. Jones im now pain free!!!! See u all on the 26th... again THANK U THANK U!!!!
