Nails came out cute, they did everything I asked, although when they were filing my nails, the man cut me twice. There was a little bit of arguing between the employees some of the time but they turned out cute and lasted me 3 weeks!

Had the worst experience here! I asked for a dip manicure and a pedicure. The person handling my dip was short with me. He didn’t have any sense of costumer service. I had to ask for my cuticles to be trimmed and clean up my nails from the excess color that was left all over my fingers and when I did ask he got more short with me and would even be on his phone at times. This is my second time here and the previous time I had a similar experience where the staff were yelling at each other in front of the clients. I like to give places a second chance but I learned my lesson to not come here again.

I have had really great experiences here previously, this time though only customer in an empty salon. I was very disappointed, the man that did my pedicure was done start to finish in 15 mins. Missed multiple steps on one food, rushed and rough. I feel like an imposition who bothered them for coming in.. as if when I asked for a basic pedicure they wrote me off entirely.

Had my nails and pedicure for a special event and they were in a rush. Spent $80 and left a tip. Less than 48 hours later the gel polish completely peeled off. I was already out of town and if I was still in town would go back and want a refund. Have never had a professional polish come off so quickly. Rip off don’t spend money here especially if you are traveling

The worst manicure pedicure I’ve ever had, The color is uneven and chipping on a gel manicure pedicure French tip is crooked, unfortunately, I cannot post pictures. It was dirty and the technicians didn’t understand English. Very disappointed will never go back.

I had the worst experience at this place. I understand, the manicurists are from another country, but, I believe they should have at least minimal knowledge of colors and shapes names in English before they start working.
Also I noticed their products are very old and dry but still use them.
I asked for square shape, black color.

Loved the service received at this nail salon located in the Redwood plaza off Solano Ave. in Napa. The dip powder manicure is the best. It is more lightweight than acrylic & last longer. My manicurist Tammy did an excellent job!
