Synergy Med-Spa is absolutely fantastic! The services they provide, the friendly staff, the atmosphere... All of it is top notch. I started going here, not for aesthetics, but to augment physical therapy. The aesthetic results, however, were a HUGE bonus.

To get personal, I have digestive issues that has lead to a weakened pelvic floor and transverse abdominis (core) muscles. My physical therapist had told me on a scale of 0 to 5, my core was at a 0.5, and I couldn't even flex my core. To spare you details, that had lead to some incontinence and other embarrassing situations.

So I decided to try the Emsculpt, which is electrostimulation of the abdomen, and Emsella, which is electrostimulation of the pelvic floor.

Let's start with the Emsculpt. I was a little skeptical of the possible aesthetic results. You hear about all these abs stimulators, and how they don't do anything, yada yada. I mainly needed to relearn how to use my core, so I didn't focus on the aesthetics. That being said, the core function drastically improved, and the aesthetics became exciting to watch. My boyfriend at the time even told me after a couple sessions, "You didn't tell me you had a six pack!" As part of the package, they perform before and after photos, and before and after full body scans so that you can see real metrics of your results. Between the first and last treatment, my belly had diminished and lifted, which helped my back tighten also. I lost waist size and my posture was better. In the few months since then I've still been seeing the fat diminish, as advertised. And I can actually use my core now! I'm attaching my personal results, because I am absolutely proud of them.

Now for the Emsella. Once again, I used this to strengthen my pelvic floor, which is not something most guys have to deal with at my age. I was a little embarrassed at first, but the staff made me feel absolutely comfortable. The room where the Emsella chair sits is quiet, private, comfortable, and relaxing; it feels kind of like a nice mothers lounge. The treatment helped my incontinence, but also (and I didn't come for this, but a nice bonus) I found out in Canada it is approved to treat ED in men. Those unexpected results were also noticed.

The Styku scan that they used was really cool. The accuracy that it measured my entire body was so impressive and precise, I plan on coming to get a scan just to get measurements to have a suit tailored!

I cannot rate Synergy high enough. Everything I have tried has given me results beyond my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

Loved my facial from start to finish. Bree, at the front desk, was extremely kind and helpful. Kendra is fantastic! The room was beautiful and relaxing. I never wanted to leave the warmed bed?. Kendra took the time to talk through my entire skin care routine and make suggestions. She’s very knowledgable, kind, and great at what she does. Most importantly, my skin looks and feels amazing! I’ll definitely be booking again.
