I stop by Miracles hair salon on August 23,2024. Customer service was great but the prices way too high. I went in to get lashes put on and I bought my OWN lashes. I usually pay 12.00 at a lash beauty bar. I was told 15.00 which is fine it’s only 3.00 more than I actually pay. You don’t pay the person who does the service you pay the owner she sit there in front of the shop at the register and take all payments. The lashes really wasn’t put on right and they came off the next day my lashes usually last a week but I didn’t expect them to last long because it’s something they don’t specialize in. So I wouldn’t recommend lash services. Also when I’m checking out the owner charges me a convenience fee of 5.00. So the total charge was 20.00 for strip lashes. You try to support black business but they over charge. The shop owner charges a convenience fee of 5.00 to every single person and sit there and watch you the whole time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Takaya does a great job of making you feel warm and welcome. She also does a great job of keeping time managed well. You won't be in the shop all day. She communicates well. Let her know what you want and she will make it happen. Every time I leave Miracles Salon I get many many compliments and questions about who did my hair.

Responding to previous review I will not write a fake review or just be rude for no reason. I stop by this shop because it was open. I didn’t look on the website prior to coming in. I went in to get strip lashes put on. I spoke to everyone when I walked in they had great customer service I just didn’t agree with the prices. 20.00 for strip lashes is overpriced. I have never went in a shop where a manager sits in the front and she takes payments. She see what every stylist is charging each person and charges and extra 5.00 for herself. I will not recommend going to this shop. Look at the manager response you can tell that she is rude.

I love TaKaya and her customer service and the work she does but she is a scam artist with them prices. She will tell you one price then get behind that register and the price is twice what she consults you. I’m going to keep coming to the shop but I just want people to be aware that they tell you one price and it’s something totally different when you finish. Seems like she has her picks and chooses on who and when she wants to do a 5 star style on, but the way you charge I should be 100% satisfied every single time. If you tell me the price will be this amount, then when we get to the register you have added on $200 extra with no explanation!! Her and the receptionist! They just add stuff on to the price in hopes that you don’t notice or complain! That’s not fair. You should tell people why the price went up don’t just assume we have the money. Don’t get me wrong you are a magnificent stylist but you also scamming. Oh let’s not forget the convenience fee they charge. A convenience for what exactly? Start telling people why you hiking the price up so high! Especially your regulars! You getting over bad and doing it right in our face! I would give you 5 stars but ima just leave 3 because it’s a hassle every time. My appointment was last week and I’m still upset the way you charged me 200 extra dollars when that is not what we discussed! :-/

The environment was welcoming and warm to say the least! My first visit and I also booked my Mom’s birthday makeup! Takaya provided a professional experience and great conversation. Time management was excellent! The shop was not overcrowded and clean! Light music in the background. She and her administrator Tara were great! She pressed my roots (not quite time for a retouch) which was such a great addition to my service.

On her 72nd birthday, my mom missed her hair appointment at her usual shop. Despite my unsuccessful attempts to reach anyone at other shops, when I called this particular one, the professionalism of the staff was top tier. Upon explaining the situation, the stylist kindly offered to fit my mom in and provided an accurate estimate of the required time. My mom had nothing but praise for the service, and her birthday hair looked gorgeous! I highly recommend this shop. Thank you
