I have seen Michelle many times over the course of a couple years. Most recently I got facials from her once a week for a couple months in light of a hormonal acne flare up. In those couple months my skin made so much more progress than it did from going to a dermatologist and using antibiotics and prescribed topicals. I stopped using those products and started using Michelles products that she makes herself. Her services, products and advice have led me to have clean skin in such a short amount of time, I am extremely grateful! Not only is she an expert at her craft, she is also hilarious and very fun to talk to. I always look forward to our convsersations and being in her energy. I couldn't recommend her more, thanks Michelle!

I had a wonderful facial with Michelle yesterday. By far the most relaxing and cozy facial (heated treatment table) I’ve had. She makes many of her own products, which smell amazing and work great! She also is fun to chat with and has a positive presence. I’ll be back!

I bought a Groupon for a facial on a whim because it mentioned that Adorn uses organic products. I was so blown away by Michelle's wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and high quality products that she makes herself. My skin felt absolutely amazing after the facial. Usually if I don't wash my face shortly after a facial, I have a zit by the next day. I was curious if Michelle's products would cause the same problem, so I left them on until the evening. My skin looks amazing and I have no new zits today! My skin clearly loves these products. I will most definitely be back! Highly highly recommended.

I had the immense pleasure of enjoying my first appointment with Michelle last week, and to say that I'm still basking in her delight is an understatement. She is absolutely lovely, and so is her incredible space in downtown Santa Cruz. I received a full body dry brush with reflexology and facial. Michelle created her own line of products during Covid which have made my bathroom smell like a spa, AND my face looks and feels healthy, plump, nourished, and GLOWING! I loved her services so much that I'm creating a Self Care budget for next year!
