I had an appointment & arrived 10mins rarly but no one at the receptionist desk to greet me but I could hear laughing from backroom. Eventually she came & just her mood & mannerisms gave me the distinct impression I was interrupting her day. She said in a condescending tone "sit down & I'll take care of you in a little bit!" I waited about 15 minutes & notice there was no one at the sign in window.. the waiting room had patients coughing & hacking which made me feel unsafe, so I walked out & sought medical assistance from another clinic.
