As usual, Bill and Dave from affordable hot tubs did great in planning for the installation of a spa in the same location where my old one has to come out. I appreciate their creativity and flexibility and making a tough job work. By the way, a friend called me a little bit ago who has hot tub problems And I told him of the efforts of Bill and Dave. Caleb provided me with the best service call experience ever! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He located the problem, which was my spa heater, and showed me the apparent cause. He had a replacement already with him on the truck, so I didn't need a return appointment. He quoted me the cost; I gave the okay; he replaced it and showed me that it was working before he closed up the paneling. He counseled me on keeping the spa chemistry in balance and even had replacement chemicals on his truck for purchase. I was able to settle the invoice and payment with him and all of this took only one hour! I was truly amazed by his fast, efficient service. Thank you again, Caleb!

Rather than just randomly replace parts until the issues were solved, they diagnosed the problem and solved the first time Bill came out saving me almost $1200 from a previous quote!! This was on a Hotspring Spa and they have factory trained technicians for this brand of spa, just sayin'. Aside from being very technically sound, Robert was so helpful and kind over the phone plus scheduling me for repairs quickly. Do note waste your money with other spa repair companies!! Go straight to Affordable Hot Tubs!

I love these folks...I ended up with an old hot tub in house I bought and they have serviced it the past 5 years with amazing results! Initially I thought the tub would have to be tossed but now it's one of my favorite parts of the house! They are out again today, prompt as usual, and I know I can trust them to install the new gaskets and not try to sell me a new one just because the current one is leaking!😃

I had a problem with a new spa that I purchased at a weekend spa sale. Master Spas wouldn’t help me. So I called several different spa stores here in Redding and Affordable Spas understood the problem. They sent out a serviceman who fixed it in a couple of minutes. Master spa’s or their delivery men damaged a return jet and stuffed a similar one in place that floated off. My recommendation is to NEVER buy spa’s from the weekend sales events, they are defective in some manner and Master Spas doesn’t back their “warranty”.

We weren't sure on buying a hot tub because of the high prices. We went to affordable hot tubs in Redding and Cindy was really informative on all the different types of hot tubs. We were able to make an educated decision and didn't even buy the most expensive. But we love it It has all the features as the more expensive hot tubs but for way less. If you're going to look for a hot tub be sure to go there because they'll give you a good deal and have a great quality spas.

Excellent and professional service. They delivered 60 miles north to my home within a day or two. Set up everything and had us ready to go in a couple of hours! Everything works as explained and they even hauled away our old hot tub. Best place around to shop and buy your spa needs.
