Asked for a blonde color all over and then add a few highlights on top of my head to add dimension to the blonde. I confirmed with the shop owner 3 times before she got started. She said yes that she would color first then highlight. Instead, she just highlighted throughout my entire head. The highlights were terrible. I ended up with the dreaded leopard spots and thick highlights where she missed entire sections of my hair on the right side and on the left side she gave me baby highlights that were about 1.5 inches away from my roots. I showed her so she acknowledged the mistake and rehighlighted to try to fix it. While my hair was processing she began working on another client and she told me I could go sit outside and smoke while my hair did its thing. She came outside to check the highlights and she said that now one side was messed up due to the heat from the sun . Now the only solution was to bleach my entire head because she couldn't fix it. I choked back the tears and stayed quiet because I didn't want to become "that customer". In the end my hair turned out yellow, waaay over processed and brittle, and the color was terrible against my skin tone. ALL OF THIS could have been avoided if she had just given me the services I had requested... the service she told me she was going to give me right before she disregarded what we had agreed to do and did what she wanted to do. Oh and if your thinking she took ownership over screwing up my hair and didn't charge me you would be incorrect. In fact when it came time to pay she sold me a bill of goods telling me "normally I'd charge 189 for your service but I'm only charging u 129." I was blown away, again choking back tears I paid the woman, astonished. I have to live with this hair. I get to start my new job looking like a clown. And because it's so so so overprocessed from being bleached 3 times over I'll have to wait months before I can fix it.The breakage has been awful. It just jeeps snapping off and I look like a rooster 2 days later. The fact that she charged me for it kills me. I'm heart broken over it. She was so charming the whole way through but in the end she showed zero accountability or professionalism nor the integrity to accept responsibility for her mistakes. I give outstanding customer service all day long at my job. And if I make a mistake I own it and I ensure the customer leaves happy. I feel like I was robbed.

My family stopped in the same day and was able to get a hair cut. 3 of us got trimmed and the unique style of our stylist was awesome. I enjoyed checking out her facility as well as her company. Very sweet and down to earth. We definitely fou d are new hair cutting place. Couldn't be happier with how she got us in and taken care of. Thank you for taking the time with my kiddos.

Super fun salon with really nice people. No need for a magazine or a book because admiring the decor will keep you busy and when you're through with that there's lots of shopping to do also! I always end up buying something... Cute cat shirt, astronaut rubber duckies for my grandson, feather earrings, really fun hair accessories, the list goes on! Debbie, the owner, is a hoot and an amazing stylist. I've never walked out of there disappointed...only be you ti ful!

Debbie was professional and very kind. Daughter got a much needed hair cut. Turned out very nice. Will continue to go there for her hair cut needs. Daughter said she now has a hair stylist of her own. Very reasonable on price of haircut too.
