I enjoyed a long overdue Facial with Jennifer yesterday....she always takes time to learn about any issues; mine were primarily extreme dryness due to cold winter weather, aging skin : ) and some brown spots...in the space of just over an hour Jennifer addressed everything and I left feeling fantastic! After purchasing the products she recommended, I feel confident that between us, we can kick my skin into shape ready for a Spring Wedding I'm attending in May! Thanks as always Alamo Med Spa!

I am thrilled to be writing a review for Alamo MedSpa. I have been going to Jennifer and Dr. Sarma for over 10 years. Jennifer is so thorough. She sincerely cares about me and my skin and only recommends treatments that she believes will benefit me. I get many compliments on my skin and I owe that to Jennifer. Once you experience a facial from her, you will never leave her. I swear she has healing hands.

Dr. Sarma is wonderful. I have had some treatments from her and she is gentle, caring and very honest about treatments--what I need and might not need. She is very mindful of educating me on the treatments so that I feel at ease during them. All-in-all, I trust Aspen MedSpa as they are ethical and so good at what they do!

I have had several procedures done by Dr. Sarma. The results were very good, and I'm looking forward to having others done, especially with some of the new products that have come out. She is very professional, competent, and honest. I've also had a facial done by Jennifer recently, which I thoroughly enjoyed, and the results were even better than I expected and have recommended her to several of my friends.
I also like the notifications of specials, some of which I've been able to take advantage of.

Dr. Sarma and her staff are amazing. They are professional, caring, and they provide exceptional services. Over the past 7 years I have had many of the cosmetic procedures they provide, and each time I loved the results. I always forward to being pampered during my visit.

Dr. Sarma and Jennifer are the two best people I have ever gotten to know! Before seeing Jennifer my skin had terrible acne and scars after seeing her my skin has never looked better! Each time I see her I leave with AMAZING results and over the years she has also become an great friend! She really takes care of you and listens to you and always does what is best for you. I honestly cannot thank her enough she has really changed my skin and my confidence. I saw Dr. Sarma for my laser and have gotten excellent results! She takes her time and is very precise in what she does and is a delight to be around. Thanks to her I no longer have to worry about scaring!

Both are leaders in their fields and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat! Big fans of both of them!

I was referred by a co-worker after going to someone else for years. Although skeptical at first, I was quickly impressed by the front office staff. She is so personal able and professional. Dr. Sarma also had a great bedside manner that made me feel comfortable and listened to my needs. No pressure to get "procedures" I didn't want or need. I have gone for a couple months and plan on returning for many more fixes 😉
