The first picture is what I went into the salon with. The second picture is my inspo and the last ones is the service I received. I had the worst experience at this salon and I am now being charged with left of payment. The salon owner completely ruined my hair. I’m currently at another salon and all of the stylists are saying how horrible my hair looks, how she put the tape ins directly on my scalp, she didn’t place them evenly and that I could experience balding if I didn’t get them removed immediately. She chopped my hair off to try to blend them and she died the extensions which resulted in them being completely ruined! I refused to pay her because she completely covered up my blonde hair that I have spent 1,000 of dollars on and she tried to gaslight me into telling me that my hair was still blonde. I didn’t receive an apology just told that charges would be pressed against me for refusing to pay for the job that she completely ruined.

I LOVE this place! I get my lashes done by Hayla, my brows and Brazilian wax by Gloria and yesterday I got my hair done by Kirsten! These girls are all AMAZING! I came across this place one day when I was dropping off a doordash order lol and I’m so happy I did!! I feel prettier every time I leave out this place and Customer service is top tier! I highly recommend this place!

Alexandra’s is the best! The girls are so friendly and provide great service - i’ve been there for hair blonding & for brow wax services and their staff does an amazing job - & their owner is so sweet - just an overall great expierence and fun environment - wouldn’t pick anywhere else to spend my time or money ?
