This was a descent experience for my first time. Me and my friend were asked to get the couple massage (60 mins with hot oil and hot stones) and we paid $39 each. after reading the reviews most people complained about the bad customer service, however I didn’t feel that way. They were really nice but yeah they’re not as talkative as other places (languages/culture differences). I am not used to being massaged for so long so it was a new experience for me. There was a point where I had to ask the lady to do it softer, but I mean that was logical to me. You’re supposed to communicate with your therapist to accommodate to your needs. My favorite part it was the hot stones. Pretty nice feeling. Something I really liked is they didn’t force us to tip at the beginning but they gave us the option to wait until the stuff was done to tip. The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars was the ending, I would recommend them to change the towels they use at the end since they were a little rough on my skin (or maybe use softener when washing them?). Descent and affordable.

Okay so I just wanted to take the time to wright this review so that way when going here you have a better understanding of what to expect. So i wanted to take my mother and girlfriend out for a spa day so I made reservations for 3 people at this location. Upon showing up the man at the front desk looked at me confused when I had told him that I had an appointment, witch kinda struck me by surprise. Because when on the phone with the individual he sounded like he was happy to have customers given the pandemic and business trying to get back on there feet. But sadly that was not the case when i showed up, so after sorting out the confusion we were taken to the back where all 3 of us were seated. As time went on I realized that no one had taken care of my mother yet, and we were already 10-15 min into our massage. So after bringing it to there attention they said they would get someone in there ASAP but once again that wasn't the case, and if that's not bad enough they were using excessive force when pressing on our bodies to the point where just about every 5 min my mom and girlfriend was asking them to be a little softer. Once they were done beating us up I was still willing to tip them even given the horrible customer service / experience I was provided. So I handed the individual a $5 tip and he told me that wasn't good enough! So being my mother wasn't done at the same time because they were late by 15 min, the man walked to her room and told her she would be charged an extra $5 because the tip I had left the him wasn't sufficient enough. With this said I doubt i will be coming here in the near future or even recommending anyone here for that matter. This has to be by far the worst experience in all of the inland empire, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

I have been there twice so far, I like Molly to give my massage. She is good, applies just enough pressure. The guy who also does massages is way to rough, I was so sore for a few day afterwards, not from sore muscles but from his hands.

Took my friend here for a wedding present (I thought this might help with the stress of all that planning) and while it had its moments I can't say it was ideal.
The ladies doing the actual massaging were very nice, and the hot stones were by far the high point. That's about it.
It's very rare for me to complain about a lack of English, but it doesn't do any favors here. The massage was a bit too rough (for both my friend and myself) and any phrasing other than a simple "softer" seemed to confuse them. Politely explaining that I've had shoulder problems (and a back issue for him) and asking "a little lighter, please" was no good. And even after finally communicating this successfully, they both ended up getting harsh with their hands again anyway. More a communication issue than with the skill level or anything like that. It just resulted in an uneven massage.
So I tipped my masseuse, and found that he had no cash to tip his. I was going to loan him a twenty but the woman at the front had basically bullied him into tipping with his card. Now, to be perfectly clear - yes, he should have tipped. But that doesn't mean she should have been so aggressive with him about it! The overall experience just left a bad taste in my mouth, and next time I will be going elsewhere.

The place is ok. They asked you to pay in advance. I'm not going to lie, the massage was amazing; however the guy requested me to gave him 20% tip. I gave him 5 dls and he still requested the 20%tip. What an awkward situation. Ruined the massage experience. I'll never ever go back again.

The woman at the front desk is quite rude and impatient, she kept rushing us to pay and we didn't even get what we were booked for. Luckily the ppl who actually gave the massage were nice and patient. The massage was great. Hot stones are the best part
