Este lugar no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, fui ayer para hacerme un pedicura y me atendieron rápido pero no me hicieron lo que yo les pedí aparte de eso pedí el pedicura básico y me cobraron mucho más del precio y muy mal cervisio aparte no me limpiaron bien mis uñas aun tengo las esquinas de mis uñas entre la piel y lastimaron mucho no visiten este lugar no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto muy mal servicio aparte de eso son desgriminadores

The manager did a really messy French tip fill on my nails. Crooked white paint with brush strokes and missing polish in some spots. When I went back the next day to have it fixed she said "nothing I do is going to make you happy." I said, I'm just asking for a clean French tip, I don't think that's unreasonable. Rude and bad service, don't come here.

First and last time there. 9:30 am appointment and no one arrived until 9:50 with little apologies just stating traffic. The receptionist blamed me for online booking issue where I selected nail tech, it was someone who did not do the service I selected. Not sure why my fault! Get seated and was offered something to drink and was never brought my water. The technician upon my request brought a bottle to me. My nails are short and tiny, but I have had dip done other places and it was done better. It is super thick and looks like a glob on my nails. I did tip in cash as requested, when paying for the service, I was asked about whether I was happy and she didn’t respond when I said no. Anyhow, I will go elsewhere and have it removed and start over. Very disappointed in the entire experience. The salon is pretty and appeared to be clean.

My gf had the unpleasant service with Zee (manager or front desk?) here. First, she didn’t take the time to acknowledge her arrival. She was short and rude in her demeanor as well. She must love Arguing and personal attacks maybe because she knows her work is poor and she’s so unhappy with her work she takes it out on others. We can go on and on after this encounter on this place’s customer service and how all the staff look miserable. After reading further reviews on Google and Yelp, there is no doubt that this establishment and whoever the owner is, does not care about addressing interpersonal communication between its staff and customers. The reviews go back years and there is just a cute little contact our customer service at this email written by the owner. That doesn’t solve anything with having *Repetitive* 1 star reviews and nothing done about it. Get some coaching or Fire your rude front desk woman and get someone who actually smiles, is friendly, and greets clients.

I am so upset that I spent $65 on this manicure. None of the nails are rounded, they’re all crooked and rigid. the nail art is terrible and the man, Ken, who did my nails was very rude and rough with my nails. It hurts so badly. When I asked if he could file and shape them a little more, he made a disapproving comment and didn’t touch them up. Never coming back here. 0/10 experience.

Made an appointment to get my girlfriend a full set of Matte Black Acrylic nails to celebrate our anniversary, had the appointment set for 11am, we got seated shortly and then didn’t even get spoken to by a member of the staff until just short of 11:40. Ended up waiting roughly 40 minutes after our scheduled appointment. Appointment went smoothly, however, a few hours later bubbles that had formed in the nails began to pop and got on both a piece of clothing while we were shopping, and on her hands. Sloppy job, horrible wait.

UPDATE:
Promised to receive a call from a manager after calling and only hearing from an assistant, it’s been almost a week and I haven’t received a call. Don’t bother going here, even if they mess up they won’t follow up.
