I went to Aqua Derm today to get a microdermabrasion/ exfoliating facial & it was excellent! Darya was so sweet & welcoming - on top of the fact that her work is extremely detail-oriented. I can tell she’s a perfectionist! This is the first facial I’ve ever been to where she got ever single blackhead out of my nose, even the super stubborn ones. My skin feels super smooth - I will definitely be coming back to try other services!

Run, don't walk to Aqua Derm if you're looking for a medspa that delivers results!

I've been going to Aqua Derm weekly for their Neo Sculpt treatment, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. After seeing no progress on the scale for ages, I've lost 7 lbs in just 2 weeks thanks to this treatment. It's truly been a game-changer for my weight loss journey.

Such a great experience! The staff is super friendly and took care of my mom so well. The Botox injections didn’t hurt her and she had only minor redness from the few injection sites. I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for quality care at reasonable price points. 10/10.

Don’t waste your money, they charged me $2000 for 4 session of Neo Emsculpt and it didn’t work at all.
I had a consultation with Darya and she showed some pictures and made me sure I will lose weight and size but after one month from the last session, i don’t see any results. They just care about money and are not responsible for their business.

I was referred to Aqua Derm by a good friend and am grateful for the recommendation! I was immediately greeted by name when I arrived for my appointment. The staff are friendly and professional and the facility is clean, stylish and comfortable. They have very competitive pricing and I was able to get my treatment (Botox) and be in and out in less than 30 mins! Overall outstanding experience and I will be coming back!!

She was poor to say the least with customer service. I scheduled a ClassPass for a very expensive service, and when I got there, not only was she ungrateful, but she then yelled at me for issues that I have no idea that not she has with ClassPass and yelling at me for booking an appointment because she didn’t want any more bookings since she had already discussed with ClassPass. I felt like I did something wrong by simply booking a service through class pass. Mind you I don’t need to be screamed at by a by someone for something I didn’t do but try to use her services…. I understand maybe the frustration but poorly executed. Didn’t actually try the services that I paid for and hopefully class pass will be giving me my money back, but I definitely won’t be looking to book with this lady’s spa EVER
