I would not order anything from this company! The quality of the product I ordered was horrible! I may have overlooked that since it’s a glueless wigs and the challenge getting what you want. It was the lack of professionalism, and lack of return instructions along with the lace measurement that I’m leaving this review. I sent several emails to attempt to return this wig the moment I got it. Never received a response, then finally I was able to locate another email, which I submitted my request only to be told I was outside of the 30 day return window! If you ask me the return instructions are not easily or readily locateable! Making it hard to request a return if needed! Now I’m stuck with this ball cap wig (looking outdated af) and I can’t even return or get my money back! Worse $130 I ever spent! Count your days Arabella! Shout out to OQ hair, oh my pretty wigs, and Luvme! You may stand to learn a thing or two about doing reputable business! Your loss!

The seller sent me the wrong item then proceeded to charge me for returning. She then called me and as I'm explaining to her she hung up in my face. The customer service is horrible

I made a last minute call and Trini allowed me to walk-in. She was pleasant, obviously experienced and did a good job on a wash, trim and flat iron. The shop was clean and pretty too. It wasn’t cheap, but it wasn’t an appointment either. I was thankful to have my first hairdo in months.

I was able to make a last-minute appointment. The owner is nice and friendly and gave a great welcome to the salon. The products are all natural and Trini is a master stylist.

The wash area has recliners and the dryer section has comfortable seating and privacy for relaxation.

Called 2x given price of $45.00 for wash and iron out, Trina quoted me at $45 an hour. She said it was difficult to fit me in but managed to get me scheduled for 5pm on Friday of this past week. As time drew near, she sent me a prerecorded vmessagr, not call, 45 min before appt to say ahhh I made a mistake, I charge 75.00 for wash and iron out. I called to verify the message and she said she was sorry but only charges 45.00 for a wash and go. Now what BLACK salon does that We don't have wash and go hair. God bless you and your daughter Trina. NOT Cool. You didnt feel like keeping the appt., you and your daughter discussed it and that's what you came up with. I'm relocating to Huntsville next week with my fortune 500 company and am so GRATEFUL for this experience. I know where my team and I will NOT be going. Bless you anyway!!
