Guylaine is a true blessing! I have had many massages gifted to me over the years, and each time it's decent and somewhat relaxing. The Authentic Nature Day Spa is far superior, and just that.. "authentic"! Guylaine truly cares for her clients. Her touch is perfect; honestly, there aren't enough words to describe how wonderful she is. Guylaine allows you to actually relax, and she doesn't make you talk and feel guilty for not talking through your massage. She a patient, calm, genuine, nonjudgmental, naturally loving, and just a pure delight. I could go on and on about why I would recommend her and the Authentic Day Spa! Allyssin is wonderful! She always knows the right technique to use and is amazing at energy work. She is skilled at work with injuries as well. Not to mention she is a beautiful soul and is the sweetest. You can't go wrong booking a massage from her!

Just had a wonderful and healing massage today! Perfect before the holidays. I have been coming to see Guylaine for nine years and she has worked miracles on me. My back pain is practically non existence and by nurapathy is now manageable! Do something nice for yourself and call Guylaine for a treatment!

What a great experience. We drove to Cottonwood from Sedona (~20mins) and had a massage at Authentic Nature Day Spa. The drive was quick and easy, and the massage was more than worth the trip. AMAZING prices, wonderful people, and cozy little rooms. I would HIGHLY recommend driving outside of Sedona for a massage from Guylaine and Allysun. We adored them both and were very pleased with our experience.
