Everything about the atmosphere is relaxing. Izzy does a wonderful prenatal massage. She is polite, professional and applies the perfect amount of pressure. The front staff was friendly and informative about any questions. Also, very well priced! I cannot wait to go back!

This was my first time here! I went in today a little anxious and let me tell you the ladies at the front desk were super sweet in greeting me! I met Shawn, my massage therapist. He was a breath of fresh air! This is the best massage over ever had and Shawn was kind, professional and enlightening! This is my new go to place and massage therapist! Mrs. DeeDee got my checked out and explained some updates to come to me! Everyone was so nice!

The atmosphere was calm and inviting and she was communicative and helpful. I told her my problem areas and she addressed them without making me uncomfortable. I booked the relaxation spa for myself and a friend. I booked over the phone and the front desk person was exceptionally helpful and personable. Upon visiting the spa for our appointment, we found everyone at the front desk to be cheerful and friendly. We immediately felt welcomed and attended to. We found the massage to be relaxing and comfortable. I have one slight fault and that was with my massage therapist, Tracy. He was just loud throughout the session. Although he was giving instructions and checking in, it just seemed like he wasn’t trying to create a relaxing atmosphere. He was speaking loudly and I found his movements to be loud. I also received a face massage that I didn’t particularly enjoy. He went from massaging my feet to my face and hair. Now he did wash his hands but I don’t enjoy my face being touched especially since he wasn’t using any product. Just dry rubbing. It made me uncomfortable. Overall a good experience. I’d just book with a different professional. My friend thoroughly enjoyed their massage with Audrah. Audrah was very pleasant and attentive. When giving instructions, she spoke in a gentle and quiet manner. I’d recommend Audrah.

Spa was just ok. The changing/ waiting room was full of storage items so not a relaxing way to start. The massage therapist left me waiting 20 minutes past my time. I had a mini facial and sauna scheduled after so I didn’t get the full hour. When I went to pay they acknowledged that I didn’t get the full service but did not offer any discount. I will never go again.

My husband, Tracy, is the lead massage therapist at Ava Bella Day Spa. He often tells me how his clients have sung his praises after their massage. The word I hear most often is "amazing." Clients stop at the front desk on their way out to rave about him before they even get out the door.

It may surprise some of you, but I don't get a massage from him very often because we both get busy and sometimes the last thing you want to do after a long day is work some more, so I try to be aware of that.

However, he gave me a massage the other night. I've always felt he had an innate talent for it – even when he was still in school, but I have to brag on him and say his technique and the little extras he adds in have made him even better over the years. I don't know how he continues to surprise, and yes, amaze me. He takes great pride in learning new ways to improve the experience and up his game.
