I am not sure who to blame but my hair is completely fried. I wanted a touch up to cover the grays and just got dye tapped on the grays as a “touch up” and now I got like brown parts with patches on my hair. Literally, like they used a paint brush. I have this huge bald line now. Supervision was not provided and I never got my free samples due to me before I left. Tired of calling and emailing. Never will I ever go again!! Good thing hair grows out and the best of the luck to the hair stylist. I wish I would have used the gift certificate on something else. All this mess cost me my gift card $50 and paid $8.00 so $58 to ruin my hair 🤦‍♀️

I brought my Mom here she was her birthday of 92 years old. I was a Mommy and me cut. The girls did fab job, my hair cut by Lisamarie was perfect, my mom's cut was fabulous the young lady too alot of time and her teacher was superior in helping her achieve a style that would rival a $200 cut!!! Lisamarie was so sweet and organized the girls to give my.mom a happy birthday serenade and a dunking doughnut birthday tower!!! Amazing people and stylists!!! Mom and I Thankyou 1k times for an amazing experience!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. I wish I could rate it 10/10. Filled with kind, knowledgeable, and professional students and instructors who genuinely care about your experience. Took my mom here for her birthday and everyone went above and beyond to make her time and experience memorable. This is a hidden gem in the area and I will be a repeat customer and we’ve already told others to go and see for themselves how awesome this place is. Also it was great to see the professional interactions and guidance between instructors and students. Thank you to Leslie, Bella, Keyanna, and everyone else who made this day unforgettable. You all are the BEST!

Saturday March 8th I made an appointment for myself and my daughter at 3 pm. They called me in first, I got my hair washed, cut and styled. When they brought me to the front/cashier I noticed my daughter still sitting there waiting after an hour. I got the oh I apologize speech and we will not charge you for the haircut. My daughter got her hair washed, cut and an added service charge for a curling style. When I’m ready to pay now they tell me so for the two haircuts and your product it comes out to $78. I’m like they told me I was not going to be charged for the haircut. They say oh we decided we are not going to charge you for the service instead. Meanwhile they are doing a promotion, if you buy a product you get a service for free. So what was compensated for the hour long wait? Nothing!!! Just time wasted!
